When someones follows you, just to unfollow one second after you followed back...

I once saw one person follow me and become follower, I did follow back to him, but then he used unfollow button to unfollow me that my followers found one follower less so I decided to find this follower and unfollow him also using this unfollow button what does exactly what I thought it will do - in unfollowed person I follwed, but that person did not follow me long because one I followed he unfollowed and that my followers count less and I was sad.
