## The insurance of the Lady that took my right away has a pretty dark humor!

My lawyer called me yesterday and told me that they feel that they’ve already done so much for me!

They had payed around 1k € for pain compensation and all other damages, car, busted laptop and so on, were payed within 4 month’s after the accident.

What they seem to ignore is the fact that this accident took almost the complete rest of my already reduced mobility. I can only walk short distance’s with a cane or double crutches, I cannot climb stairs anymore and there’s not a second without excruciating pain since this crash. Before this I could at least hope for a bearable pain level when I just sat or sometimes layed down. Now even this is mostly not happening anymore.

My wife had a bunch of pain issues too after the crash but they luckily vanished over the course of the following year. I wasn’t that lucky.

Sure it was more than a fender bender, after the crash the emt‘s took me to the hospital, but I left the same evening.

Now the consequences of this accident are getting heftier day by day.

I had braced myself for the impact of the crash with my right leg against the brake pedal. That must’ve messed with my ischiadicus nerve. Thus countless hour’s of physical therapy, massages, lymphatic drainages, tight crutch and hip bandage, even more pain killers than before (I‘m having issues from another accident, motorcycle crash, also been taken the right away…) the pain in the right leg, thw back, neck and head has brought me to my knees, literally.

I’ll probably sue the insurance this time. I just don’t have the patience for countless negotiations, that all just make me angrier every time.

I’ve lived through so many of these meeting’s that are all just set up to screw you. I’m not on the level of fuck you money, but I have a nice legal expenses insurance, and I don’t need any money that would come from the insurance in the next few years. This time, I’ll take my time to make sure that I get a fair compensation for this nightmare!
