https://images.hive.blog/DQmQBPe3Tp6SghgzLUZ93RqPFNw8EQe4u3q5onJHDAwd5eD/NEWSS.png Argentina's leader recently brought attention to collectivism as the source of some of the world's problems while talking at the WEF annual meeting. Could collectivist policies be the foundation of some of the biggest problems that we see in the world today as far as the deteriorating quality of life for so many? While those policies might have supposedly been put forth with good intention, if they are giving undesired consequences then why not consider something different? It's important to make the distinction between forced collectivism and the negative fallout from such human arrangements and voluntary collectivism which is ideally beneficial to both sides or all those who are involved in the exchange. When a small group of individuals want to force others to live by a certain set of restrictions on liberty however, can we be surprised when things don't go as intended? Will we ever learn from the negative results of forced collectivism and policies relating to this way of life? While attention might have been placed on the West and the collectivist policies in this region we know that they can be found around the world and aren't unique to only the West. With the rise of individuals like this some might think that a preference for individual liberty is growing but that could be argued seeing as there are still billions of people who are happy to continue carrying on as usual in partaking in a system which forces the will of some onto others, regardless of whether or not they agree or benefit from the arrangement. It's unlikely that we will ever see a turn in a different direction and move toward any true semblance of individual liberty over the forced collectivism we have seen for hundreds of years. My wife has been telling me about this guy. It sounds too good to be true, but I'm wondering if we might be on a precipice of fundamental change toward real liberty. The timing couldn't be better, if so. All of the old guard institutions are crumbling. They don't work and today's technology won't give them a chance to spin their lies like they have for all of history until now. Its up to us to build the future, though. We need to buckle down and out compete the State at every opportunity. #WeHaveTheTools
