The fear of failure can quite often keep many of us trapped, too scared to ever branch out to try and ever realize a goal or a dream, because we are afraid that we will fail at it. 
### The fear of failure can ultimately keep us from enjoying our lives, because it disables us from living our life to the fullest and experiencing everything that we would like to. 
Fear can easily become quite paralyzing, and it can even make us resent others who are enjoying their lives because we ourselves are too afraid too. But we don't have to live that way, we can choose to press through our fear and embrace life regardless of how we feel at the time.

The only way that we are ever going to know if we can accomplish a goal or whether we will be able to complete a task that we would like to get done or try, is to take the step out to try and do it ourselves. 
### We need to step out and try before we can find out. 
And quite often, there will be something that can always be learned, even in the experience of failing. Many successful people today had to first fail their way to where they are, and they had to choose not to give-up along the way.

The fear of failure is going to limit our activities and those who want to make the most out of their life would do well to embrace every opportunity to learn; even if that means trying all over again. A fear of failure lowers our confidence, because it prompts us to bet against ourselves, and it undermines our efforts in life by influencing us to never take that step to try and accomplish what we want.

The only way for us to know if we can ever accomplish a certain goal, is to make the decision first to step out and find out as to whether we can or not. You might not end-up with exactly what you had pictured for your life, what you achieve might not be perfection, but you never know whether or not you might learn a lot along the way. We can choose to take that chance and branch out to try something new, and it might pay off in a really big way, or we could fail and that would cause pain. But the other option is staying stuck exactly where we are at, because we are too paralyzed by our fear to try anything different. And that too will cause us pain. I would rather endure the pain of change, over enduring the pain of remaining in the same fearful place.
