McDonald's is testing out a drink restaurant called CosMc's which will be focused on serving a variety of different drinks. 

## Is there enough demand to see them compete with some of the others who are already well established and who offer tons of variety in their products? 
Will it be price that interests people to try it? Convenience? Experience? Superior quality? Or unique recipes? 
<center></center>They are already testing the new concept and it is expected that they will offer just another option for drink-dominant locations that customers are looking for in the market. 

There is a plan to open 10 of these restaurants and we should see a few within the next  year, perhaps around the first of 2024 with more to come. 

Depending on the demand that we see for those locations it could mean going further to more areas and with more locations. 

They are still opening McDonald's restaurant locations around the world as well. 

There are already many people who go to McDonald's *just for drinks*, especially coffee, yet the announcement is still surprising, rather than focusing on pushing out more drinks at already existing locations. 

*Why start a new chain just for drinks*?

The first location for the new concept is going to be in Bolingbrook, Illinois. 

Soon we should see some open in Texas too.
