One advancement we might not have expected is water drones and the variety for them. Now we can see that there are drones being used to help clean up beaches. This is one area that we might not have expected drones to make their way into, serving in the arena of environmental cleaning. Drones have increasingly made their way into multiple industries today though and there are plenty of different applications for them. They've helped to find missing people, put out fires, search underwater, deliver medical supplies, track sharks and wildlife around beaches, and they are helping with cleaning up beaches too. For the garbage and recycling needs of the world today it is going to require a great deal of creativity, patience, determination, innovation, and cooperation, to tackle some of those major problems. We can already see that there are various private initiatives underway that are looking to make this happen, with millions around the world who are also willing to support the cause just the same. The drones being used for beach cleaning can offer a more effective service in cost and reliability, it could offer value in multiple ways for jurisdictions that might embrace the technology to help maintain their own beach areas. That's how technological progress should be utilized. Completely for the benefit of mankind. It's kind of sad when technology gets used more and more in war and that's a sad thing if you agree. You are absolutely right, @doitvoluntarily. Garbage is a big problem for all of us and when it is not managed properly, nature is the main victim, including us as humans as part of nature. Our determination, patience, creativity, innovation, and cooperation are all absolutes, as you have mentioned. True, millions of people around the world are willing to support the same cause. But it takes real work for it, not just verbal support alone. At least, we have to mainstream the separation of non-organic waste by each of us personally, since the waste comes out of our own homes.
