Hola amigos, espero se encuentren de maravilla y que tengan un hermoso inicio de semana.

Hoy comparto con ustedes una deliciosa mermelada de Calabaza que suelo utilizar para decoraciones o comer con galletas y pan.

Para la elaboración de este manjar los materiales a utilizar son muy accesibles:

**Ingredientes:**
✓500 gr de Calabaza.
✓300 gr de Azúcar.
✓Vainilla.
✓Limon.

✓500 gr of Pumpkin.
✓300 gr of Sugar.
✓Vainilla.
✓Limon.

**Ingredientes - Ingredients.**

Los pasos a seguir son los siguientes: 

**Paso 1:** Limpiar y retirar la concha de la auyama y picar en pequeños dados, colocarla en un olla junto con la azúcar y llevar al refrigerador por 12 horas aproximadamente.

>**Step 1:** Clean and remove the shell from the auyama and chop it into small cubes, place it in a pot with the sugar and take it to the refrigerator for approximately 12 hours.

**Paso 1 - Step 1.**

**Paso 2:** Pasada las 12 horas nuestra auyama estará maserada y procedemos a llevarla a fuego lento.

**Paso 3:** Cuando está comience a secar agregamos el jugo de limón junto con una cucharadita de vainilla.

>**Step 2:** After 12 hours our auyama will be maserada and we proceed to bring it to a simmer.

>**Step 3:** When it starts to dry we add the lemon juice along with a teaspoon of vanilla.

**Paso 4:** Al estar blanda procedemos a triturarla de manera que hagamos como especie de un puré, apagar y dejar reposar.

Quedando la mermelada de la siguiente manera:

Si bella, en realidad con cualquier fruta puedes hacer jaleas o mermeladas en internet puedes encontrar solo es cuestión de agarrarle el truquito y está en específico no sabe a calabaza su sabor cambia totalmente. Acá en mi ciudad era económica pero actualmente esa súper costosa algo que no valía nada. Muchas gracias por tu comentario @jennyzer ❤️
