Battling for First Place with Secret Strategy + HIVE Gang is Growing!

I briefly held first place again on the new [DrugWars LA Server](https://bit.ly/PlayDrugWars) earlier today. My ***secret strategy*** is working and I'm quite sure either no one is using it, or is as effective.

Notice the 2nd and 3rd place players whom I've been battling with for the past couple days. They're generating 50% more weapons and alcohol, and also have much larger bases yet I'm confident once my ***secret strategy*** starts snowballing they wont have a chance.
