Always Be Happy

<div class=text-justify>There are numerous ways to always remain happy in life, but sometimes adversity and problems tends to steal away our happiness. While some people are able to bounce back and remain happy, others can't. 

In order to remain happy anytime adversity strikes, you need to be in the midst of family and friends. Family and friends will make way to support you and engage you with discussion that will distract you from thinking. Be ready to accept support when provide by family and friends.  

Duell in the present and forget about the past. Holding on to the past will continue to keep your mind on negative thoughts, anger, grieve and sadness. Learn to move on by engaging in other things. 

Try to move around like exercising, going out, sight-seeing etc. You can also derive happiness from nature. Do the things you love doing. Remember, you are the source of your happiness. </div>
