Siempre he pensado que la música, nos conecta con el alma, es increíble, como las notas musicales de una canción, su letra o su interpretación puede hacernos erizar la piel o hacer que una lagrimita corra por nuestro rostro. La música puede llevarte de viaje, puede ser esa máquina en el tiempo que nos traslada a un momento especial de nuestra vida, sea bueno o malo, siempre está esa canción que te hará recordarlo. La música puede levantarte después de caer, puede motivarte y porque no muchas veces hasta aconsejarte.
Desde niña, me ha encantado escuchar música, en realidad me gusta escuchar de todo, pero entre mis géneros favoritos está el rock, el pop y el house progresivo, recuerdo llegar de la escuela y encender una pequeña radio que me había regalado mi padre, mi mamá siempre me llamaba la atención, ella pensaba que con la música no podría concentrarme, pero en realidad pasaba todo lo contrario, la música, me mantenía enfocada y evitaba que mi mente divagara o estuviese pensando en como dices coloquialmente por aquí “en pajaritos preñaos”. Y así, es como escuchar música, se convirtió hasta en una técnica más de estudio, una técnica que mantuve durante toda mi carrera universitaria y créanme que sin ella no hubiese podido amanecer estudiando por varios días seguidos.

I have always thought that music connects us with the soul, it is incredible how the musical notes of a song, its lyrics or its interpretation can make our skin crawl or make a tear run down our face. Music can take you on a trip, it can be that machine in time that takes us back to a special moment in our life, good or bad, there is always that song that will make you remember it. Music can lift you up after falling, it can motivate you and why not many times even give you advice.
<br>Since I was a child, I have loved listening to music, actually I like to listen to everything, but among my favorite genres is rock, pop and progressive house, I remember coming home from school and turn on a small radio that my father had given me, my mom always called my attention, she thought that with music I could not concentrate, but in fact it was the opposite, the music, kept me focused and prevented my mind wandering or thinking about as you say colloquially around here "en pajaritos preñaos". And that's how listening to music became one more study technique, a technique that I kept throughout my college career and believe me, without it I would not have been able to wake up at dawn studying for several days in a row.

Me refugio en la música, cuando estoy triste, cuando me siento perdida, pero también abrazo a la música, cuando necesito inyectarme de energía, cuando necesito ese empujón para dar un salto y salir adelante, también busco algo de música cuando la vida me sonríe y me siento plena y feliz. Incluso, como creadora de contenido, la música ha llegado a ser una gran fuente de inspiración.
Hoy estoy feliz de unirme a la iniciativa de @mosa71, quien nos invita a compartir esas canciones que vibran con nosotros, con nuestra fuerza, que nos ayuda a crecer y salir adelante. La primera canción que les compartiré, es una canción con una letra muy poderosa, en cierta forma, esta canción me ayudo a salir de un hoyo de tristeza y depresión en la que en un momento de la vida me estaba sumergiendo. Tiene una letra maravillosa, nos recuerda lo valiosos que somos y nos invita a creer en sí mismo. Se llama creo en mí de Natalia Jiménez, cuando escuche por primera vez, esta canción, su letra quedo dando vueltas en mi cabeza y repetía una y otra vez esta parte de la canción:

The first song that I will share with you, is a song with very powerful lyrics, in a way, this song helped me to get out of a hole of sadness and depression in which at one point in life I was submerging. It has wonderful lyrics, it reminds us how valuable we are and invites us to believe in ourselves. It is called Creo en mí by Natalia Jiménez, when I heard this song for the first time, its lyrics kept going round and round in my head and I kept repeating this part of the song over and over again:

Esta canción habla del amor propio, habla de que todos somos iguales, somos únicos y por ende merecemos ser felices. Creo que es la canción perfecta, en esos momentos, en que sentimos, que es hora de renacer, es hora de demostrarnos a nosotros mismos toda esa fortaleza y poder que tenemos para superar cada obstáculo, salir adelante y construir nuestros sueños. Una de las estrofas que más me gusta de esta canción es la siguiente:

Y es que después de superar el dolor, lo mejor que podemos hacer es usarlo a nuestro favor, volviéndonos más fuertes, con alas de metal, para que nada interrumpa nuestro vuelo, en busca de eso que tanto deseamos y para que nadie, ni nada, nos haga sentir que somos un cero a la izquierda o que valemos muy poco. Creer en nosotros mismos, es y será nuestro mayor poder, nuestro mejor escudo.

Por otro lado, quiero compartir una de mis canciones favoritas, se llama "THE NIGHTS" de Avicii, es increíble, pero esta canción me llena de una vibra positiva muy bonita, me da alegría, me dan ganas de viajar, de hacer muchas cosas que quisiera hacer y aún no he podido, pero de una manera bonita, me hace soñar. Su letra es hermosa, habla de un valioso consejo, que le da su padre, donde, en pocas palabras, le dice: Vive la juventud, has que sea maravillosa y has cosas que quieras recordar. Una de las frases que más me gusta de esta canción es esta:

Esto nos hace pensar en que no solo vivimos el hoy, para disfrutar el presente, sino que además todos esos recuerdos que construyamos en el presente, será lo único que nos hará mantenernos vivos en el futuro. Por eso, lo ideal, es vivir todo eso que queremos recordar y es esto precisamente lo que nos dice mi estrofa favorita.
