# Christmas decorations.

Since I was a child, one of the things I like most about Christmas, are the Christmas decorations, I love the lights, the colors, the beautiful contrast between red and green, the brightness of the lights, all those details that make us feel in a festive atmosphere of joy. I remember when I was a child, at home we didn't have a Christmas tree and all the bamboo was used in the nativity scene and I stayed for a long time admiring the tree at my grandmother's house, I really wished I had one. One Christmas I was about 9 years old, it occurred to me to use a plant that my mom has in the hallway, I do not know what it is called and I started to decorate it, I even added some dry tree branches to make it a little bigger and that was the first Christmas tree in my house, everyone loved it and since then my mom has maintained that tradition.

At home we haven't decorated yet, I hope to do it in the next few days, but I have enjoyed with my son the incredible decorations of a couple of malls, I like to go alone to enjoy this and take nice pictures of my son. I hope this year, to have the opportunity to walk around the city at night and to be able to live this experience again.

>Desde niña una de las cosas que más me gustan de la navidad, son las decoraciones navideñas, adoro las luces, los colores, ese contraste hermoso entre el rojo y el verde, el brillo de las luces, todos esos detalles que nos hacen sentir en un ambiente festivo, de alegría. Recuerdo que cuando era niña, en casa no teníamos un árbol de navidad y todas las bambalinas se usaban en el pesebre y yo me quedaba por mucho tiempo admirando el árbol de la casa de mi abuela, en realidad deseaba tener uno. En una navidad tendría como 9 años, se me ocurrió usar una planta que mi mamá tiene en el corredor, no sé cómo se llama y comencé a adornarla, incluso le agregue algunas ramas secas de árboles para hacerlo un poco más grande y ese fue el primer arbolito de navidad de mi casa, a todos les encantó y desde entonces mi mamá ha mantenido esa tradición.

>En casa aún no adornamos, espero hacerlo en los próximos días, pero he disfrutado junto a mi hijo de las increíbles decoraciones de un par de centro comerciales, me gusta ir solo para disfrutar de esto y que sacarle fotos lindas a mi niño. Espero este año, tener la oportunidad de recorrer la ciudad de noche y poder vivir esta experiencia de nuevo.
