¡Hola estimada comunidad! Estamos por acá atendiendo el llamado de la comunidad de ***@holos-lotus*** que ha lanzado la ***iniciativa*** con motivo de tener su ***primer encuentro vivencial*** el próximo 17 de los corrientes en la ciudad de Caracas, para lo cual nos están invitando a deliberar sobre ese binomio que han llamado ***Hive y Bienestar***, por tal razón quiero invitar a todas las personas de la plataforma que se quieran unir a esta gran celebración, que no lo duden porque estoy segura que pasaremos un día diferente en ese encuentro e inequívocamente siempre recordaremos, ***¡no te lo pierdas, asiste!***. <br></br>

En el caso de las iniciativas de @holos-lotus, siempre trato de implicarme, y esta no podía ser diferente a pesar de mi corta experiencia en la plataforma, porque a diferencia de otras esta pareciera más para aquellos Hivers con mucha experiencia en la Blockchain, mucho que contar, no obstante, les comentare en base a mi corta estadía. <br></br>

Las expectativas que me cree en un inicio era que mensualmente a través de la plataforma podía obtener recompensas monetarias regularmente importantes, eso fue lo que se me explico o entendí que era así, por lo cual se me animo a pertenecer a ella, también que la persona que me lo explico todavía no pertenecía a la plataforma, pero tenía allegados en ella, posiblemente eso fue lo que esa persona entendió y me trasmitió. <br></br>

Posiblemente la idea de obtener ingresos extras a través de la plataforma sea lo más fácil de explicar para que las personas se animen a pertenecer a la Blockchain, porque en realidad difícilmente una persona pueda explicar a otra que, de acuerdo a su amplia experiencia en determinados temas, pueda abrirse un campo de oportunidades para su producción de contenidos. <br></br>

Pero no solamente lo que produzcas, sino también la oportunidad de conocer y aprender muchas cosas debido a la diversidad de comunidades y las oportunidades que puedes encontrar en las de tu preferencia; además los contenidos extraordinarios de los cuales puedes obtener conocimientos o profundizar lo que conoces. <br></br><br></br>

Para ampliar estos conceptos las amigas de la iniciativa nos dejan una serie de preguntas creadoras para que ampliemos el argumento sobre el binomio Hive y Bienestar. <br></br><br></br>

## a.	¿Es Hive parte de tu bienestar? ¿En qué sentido?<br></br>
Hive para mí ha sido la oportunidad de conocer otra cosa completamente diferente a lo que estuve realizando por años, estoy como esos chicos cuando se inician en la escuela, habida de conocimiento sobre la plataforma; leyendo esos post que te instruyen sobre diferentes temas, conociendo de los intereses de las comunidades para ver si coincide con los míos para publicar contenidos. <br></br>

Eso de publicar lo que tu realizas con tu arte e imaginación me parece maravilloso porque además me entusiasma a realizar cosas, sobre todo lo referente a manualidades y artesanales, porque esos son unas de mis pasiones elaborar cuestiones utilitarias para la casa, como adornos, lencería, comidas y postres entre otros. <br></br>

Entonces siento que estoy en un sitio en el cual me siento cómoda, escribo lo que quiero y donde quiero, cuando estoy realizando alguna labor que me lleva tiempo y concentración en su realización y no puedo publicar, no lo hago y no me siento presionada; por lo cual cuando uno está en un sitio que se siente bien, por supuesto que tiene que estar en bienestar y como ese sitio es Hive, por lo tanto, si estoy en ***Bienestar con Hive***.<br></br>

Con respecto a las ganancias monetarias, que es lo que la gran mayoría hace referencia, vamos a decirles que todavía no he tenido la dicha de sacar nada, todo lo he reinvertido en Hive Power, pero espero que ese momento va a llegar pronto, considerando que apenas voy a cumplir 6 meses en la plataforma. <br></br>

## b.	Imagina que estas “vendiendo” a Hive ante un grupo de amigos: ¿En cuales emociones relacionadas con el bienestar te enfocarías?  Y ¿Por qué? ¿Qué mensaje les darías?<br></br>

Una de las primeras emociones en las que pueda relacionar a ***Hive*** con el ***Bienestar*** es la felicidad que uno puede sentir cuando ha realizado una publicación y esta ha sido muy bien beneficiada por los curadores, te sorprende muchas veces, pero al final sabes que no has perdido nada y eso nos da tranquilidad. <br></br>

Por lo cual me enfocaría en eso la felicidad, la sorpresa y la tranquilidad, que nunca vas a perder y que ese esfuerzo que realizan cuando hacen algún trabajo de arte o manualidades, puede tener una doble recompensa cuando publicas su ejecución en la plataforma, por poner un ejemplo, pero igualmente puede ocurrir con muchas otras cosas. <br></br>

Porque simplemente no tienes que dejar de hacer lo que te gusta, sino por el contrario puedes seguir realizándolas y además puedes ser recompensado, no tienes un jefe que te presiones, trabajas a tu ritmo y como lo quieras realizar. <br></br>

Además, algo que para mí es sumamente importante, vas a tener nuevos amigos, eso es fabuloso, cuando iba yo a pensar que tendría nuevas amistades en esta etapa de la vida ya jubilada, cuando generalmente esos amigos los cultivamos en la universidad y en el trabajo; eso les diría que les esperaría un mundo de experiencias y emociones por descubrir en la Blockchain. <br></br>

## c.	¿Cómo relacionas este mundo Blockchain con el Bienestar?<br></br>

Creo algo ya lo he dicho anteriormente, sin embargo, para enfatizar la relación más fuerte es que estamos haciendo algo que nos agrada y cuando las cosas las realizamos de esta manera tenemos que sentir ***Bienestar***, sentirnos cómodos en nuestro hacer, porque lo haces cuando quieres a la hora que quieras y eso es comodidad, bienestar, felicidad también porque nadie te presiona sino nuestro propio compromiso de superación y de aprender cada día más sobre la plataforma. <br></br>
  
Además de invitar a todas las personas de la plataforma a asistir al evento del primer encuentro presencial de @holos-lotus, deseo invitar a los Hivers @felianysuarez y @stefy.music  a unirse a esta gran fiesta participando en la iniciativa propuesta por la comunidad, no se lo pierdan. <br></br><br></br><br></br><br></br>

In the case of @holos-lotus initiatives, I always try to get involved, and this one could not be different despite my short experience in the platform, because unlike others this one seemed more for those Hivers with a lot of experience in the Blockchain, a lot to tell, however, I will tell you based on my short stay. <br></br>
 
The expectations that I created at the beginning was that monthly through the platform I could obtain important monetary rewards regularly, that was what was explained to me or I understood that it was so, so I was encouraged to belong to it, also that the person who explained it to me still did not belong to the platform, but had close people in it, possibly that was what that person understood and transmitted to me. <br></br>

Possibly the idea of obtaining extra income through the platform is the easiest thing to explain so that people are encouraged to belong to the Blockchain, because in reality hardly a person can explain to another that, according to his wide experience in certain topics, he can open a field of opportunities for his production of contents. <br></br>

But not only what you produce, but also the opportunity to know and learn many things due to the diversity of communities and the opportunities you can find in the ones of your preference; besides the extraordinary contents from which you can get knowledge or deepen what you know. <br></br><br></br>

## a. Is Hive part of your well-being? In what way?<br></br>

Hive for me has been the opportunity to know something completely different from what I was doing for years, I'm like those kids when they start school, having knowledge about the platform; reading those posts that teach you about different topics, learning about the interests of the communities to see if it matches mine to publish content. <br></br>

I find it wonderful to publish what you do with your art and imagination because it also excites me to make things, especially those related to crafts and handicrafts, because those are some of my passions to elaborate utilitarian issues for the house, such as ornaments, linens, food and desserts among others. <br></br>

So I feel that I am in a place where I feel comfortable, I write what I want and where I want, when I am doing some work that takes me time and concentration in its realization and I can not publish, I do not do it and I do not feel pressured, so when you are in a place that feels good, of course you have to be in welfare and as that site is Hive, therefore, if I am in ***Wellness with Hive***.<br></br>

Regarding the monetary gains, which is what the vast majority refers to, let me tell you that I have not yet had the joy of getting anything, I have reinvested everything in Hive Power, but I hope that this moment will come soon, considering that I'm just about to complete 6 months on the platform. <br></br>

## b.	Imagine you are "selling" Hive to a group of friends: Which emotions related to well-being would you focus on?  And why, what message would you give them?<br></br>

One of the first emotions I can relate ***Hive*** to ***Wellness*** is the happiness one can feel when you have made a publication and it has been very well benefited by the curators, it surprises you many times, but at the end you know you haven't lost anything and that gives us peace of mind. <br></br>

So I would focus on that happiness, surprise and tranquility, that you will never lose and that the effort you make when you do some artwork or crafts, can have a double reward when you publish its execution on the platform, for example, but it can also happen with many other things. <br></br>

Because you simply do not have to stop doing what you like, but on the contrary you can continue doing them and you can also be rewarded, you do not have a boss to pressure you, you work at your own pace and how you want to do it. <br></br>

Besides, something that for me is extremely important, you are going to have new friends, that is fabulous, when was I going to think that I would have new friendships in this stage of life already retired, when generally those friends we cultivate in the university and at work; that would tell you that a world of experiences and emotions to discover in the Blockchain would be waiting for you. <br></br><br></br>

## c. How do you relate this Blockchain world with Wellness?<br></br>

I think something I have said before, however, to emphasize the strongest relationship is that we are doing something that pleases us and when we do things in this way we have to feel ***Wellness***, feel comfortable in our doing, because you do it when you want at the time you want and that is comfort, well-being, happiness also because no one pressures you but our own commitment to improve and learn more every day about the platform.  <br></br>

In addition to inviting all the people of the platform to attend the event of the first face-to-face meeting of @holos-lotus, I want to invite the Hivers @felianysuarez and @stefy.music to join this great party by participating in the initiative proposed by the community, do not miss it. <br></br><br></br><br></br>
