La bella Comunidad de @TopFiveFamily, continuando con sus interesantes concursos, nos trae un tema muy hermoso como es el **Árbol de Navidad**. Esto para mí representa a mi hogar, mi familia, eso va adosando a nuestra esencia.

Estaba degustando una deliciosa taza de café en mi casa, y en mi cara se reflejó una sonrisa de felicidad, de paz, me miré al espejo y dije dentro de mí: “Dios mío, hoy es la fecha, ... Llevaré para compartir canapés y ensalada de gallina”, recordé que mi cuñada, la esposa de mi hermano Moisés, nos había informado que los colores a decorar el árbol de Navidad ese año eran los colores dorados y rojo. 
 
Por costumbre, ella nos decía con anterioridad el color escogido para ese año y cada uno de nosotros compraba adornos de acuerdo a ese color. Mientras pensaba que ponerme para esa fecha tan especial, recibí la llamada de mi sobrina María, ella es hija de Moisés mi hermano mayor y me dijo: “Tía recuerda el compromiso que tenemos, la hora de la reunión en casa de papá es las 3:00 pm, llevaré el pan de jamón, y ya sabes también lo que llevo”, cuando la escuchaba, sonreía. 

Después de conversar con ella, inmediatamente recibí la llamada de Gaby mi otra sobrina, hermana de María. Me dijo: “Bendición, no dejes de llevar la cámara, deben quedar las fotos para la posteridad, llevó las hallacas, recuerda el compromiso, pasaré a buscarte a las 02:30 p.m.”  

Por supuesto, no podía faltar la llamada de mi bella hermana @mafalda2018, quien preguntó: “¿Manita, ya arreglaste todo para el evento?”, conteste: “Sí, y también llevaré la cámara, esas fotos no pueden faltar”, proseguí: “Rosalba María llevaba lo más importante”. Y así nos fuimos comunicando uno a uno hasta llegar a la casa de mi hermano mayor. Ya allí se encontraba el resto de la familia.

Una de las tradiciones en mi familia era el acudir a la casa de mi hermano mayor, a uno de los acontecimientos emblemáticos que por cultura familiar se celebraba cada 17 de noviembre, fecha del nacimiento de mi primer sobrino, Moisés Manuel. Desde que él nació hace treinta y siete años, desde ese día cada uno de nosotros llevaba adornos navideños, luces y comida para compartir.

While I was thinking what to wear for that special date, I received a call from my niece Maria, she is the daughter of Moses my older brother and she told me: "Aunt remember the commitment we have, the meeting time at dad's house is 3:00 pm, I will bring the ham bread, and you know also what I bring", when I listened to her, I smiled. 

>After talking with her, I immediately received a call from Gaby, my other niece, Maria's sister. She told me: "Blessing, don't forget to take the camera, the photos must be for posterity, take the hallacas, remember the commitment, I will pick you up at 02:30 p.m."  

>Of course, I could not miss the call from my beautiful sister @mafalda2018, who asked: "Manita, have you arranged everything for the event?", I answered: "Yes, and I will also take the camera, those photos can not be missing", I continued: "Rosalba María took the most important thing". And so we communicated one by one until we arrived at my older brother's house. The rest of the family was already there.

>One of the traditions in my family was to go to my older brother's house, to one of the emblematic events that by family culture was celebrated every November 17, the date of the birth of my first nephew, Moises Manuel. Since he was born thirty-seven years ago, since that day each one of us brought Christmas decorations, lights and food to share. </div>

Allí cada uno le ponía su magia, junto con las luces y adornos a aquel bello Árbol, el cual era testigo fiel de nuestros mejores deseos para el Año Nuevo. Cada vez que se colocaba un adorno se pedía un deseo y se colocaba la carta al niño Dios. De repente hubo un silencio total y Rosalba María, exclamó: “Esperen voy a colocar el obsequio más especial, este año me he sentido afortunada”.

Ella era la escogida ese año para colocar la carta más especial en el Árbol de Navidad, era la carta que se le colocaba al niño Dios donde cada quien esbozaba sus más fervientes deseos en honor a la paz, alegrías, pedir por el prójimo, para los niños, personas más desvalidas, personas mayores y para el mundo entero. 

Pedíamos los deseos, por toda la humanidad, que significaba para nosotros paz, salud, alegrías y abundancia ilimitada, de esta manera se le daba inicio formalmente a la llegada de la Navidad en el hogar y se colocaba el Árbol de Navidad, con sus respectivos regalos.

> She was the one chosen that year to place the most special letter on the Christmas tree, it was the letter that was placed to the child God where each one outlined their most fervent wishes in honor of peace, happiness, to ask for the neighbor, for the children, for the most helpless people, for the elderly and for the whole world. 

> We made wishes for all mankind, which meant for us peace, health, joy and unlimited abundance, thus formally began the arrival of Christmas at home and the Christmas tree was placed, with their respective gifts. </div>

Por razones del destino, algunos familiares tuvieron que emigrar y entre ellos estaba mi hermano Moisés, con su familia. No puedo dejar de sentir nostalgia al redactar estas líneas, las cuales están cargadas de nostalgia al rememorar ese acontecimiento tan especial, siempre lo llevaré en mi memoria y  ❤️. 

Aún intentamos mantener la tradición de la colocación del **Árbol de Navidad**, este año debido a las lluvias no fue posible colocarlo para esa fecha especial familiar, pero estoy trabajado en eso. Doy gracias a Dios, porque a pesar de algunas vicisitudes, ellos han estado bien.
 
Deseo desde este rinconcito de mi casa el mayor de los éxitos, mucha salud, que reine la fe y la esperanza en sus corazones, que sus hermosos deseos se hagan realidad para ellos, para todos los que han tenido que dejar su hogar por un futuro mejor y en búsqueda de una mejor calidad de vida y para el mundo entero.
