<center><h3>Pero ¿Quiénes somos?</h3></center> Les contamos un poco, somos el Team DW3 -Dosis WEB3- somos tres amigos con muchas ganas de aprender, que nos conocimos por un proyecto NFT y al día de hoy no sabíamos todo lo que llegaríamos a hacer juntos.

El 2022 fue un año bastante curioso, con sus altibajos, pero, sin duda, para este equipo marcó un antes y un después. A ver ¿Team DW3, tres amigos...? Es momento de presentarnos: Say (@say-sarg), Leo & Mafer (@soymaferlopezp).

<center><h3><a href="https://twitter.com/say_sarg">Say</a></h3></center> Inicie en el mundo Web3 gracias a una beca de Axie Infinity que gané en enero del 2022, desde ese momento comenzó mi camino de aprender sobre NTF´s, y no solo de ellos, sino también de todo el ecosistema blockchain y cripto. En los meses posteriores tomo la decisión de invertir en mi primer NFT y gracias a estar activa en varias comunidades pude participar en muchos talleres, cursos, webinars, y cuanto espacio educativo gratuito pueda aprovechar, que me han permitido conocer a muchas personas geniales (por supuesto entre ellas están Mafer y Leo) y sobre todo que me han permitido enamorarme de la tecnología que soporta todo este ecosistema.

> <center><h3><a href="https://twitter.com/say_sarg">Say</a></h3></center> I started in the Web3 world thanks to an Axie Infinity scholarship that I won in January 2022, from that moment began my path of learning about NTF's, and not only about them, but also about the entire blockchain and crypto ecosystem. In the following months I made the decision to invest in my first NFT and thanks to being active in several communities I was able to participate in many workshops, courses, webinars, and as much free educational space I can take advantage of, which have allowed me to meet many great people (of course among them are Mafer and Leo) and above all that have allowed me to fall in love with the technology that supports this entire ecosystem.

Soy venezolano aunque actualmente estoy en Perú, soy técnico mecatrónico, especialista en automotriz, enfocado en la marca Ford y constantemente estoy estudiando e investigando sobre el ecosistema, ya que es bastante interesante la propuesta e innovación que tiene Blockchain y Web3.

<center><h3><a href="https://twitter.com/Soymaferlopezp">Mafer</a></h3></center> Entusiasta y aprendiz Web3, pero ¿Cómo supe de todo esto? Inicié en 2017 a conocer de trading, estuve en una academia aprendiendo la teoría y un poco de práctica (cuenta Demo), para el 2020 es que me intereso por las criptomonedas, aprendiendo un poco sobre Bitcoin y Ethereum. Digamos que, no es hasta los juegos play to earn que realmente me pongo a investigar sobre criptomonedas, NFT’s, blockchain y web3. En ese punto, es cuando entiendo el potencial que tiene con respecto a tecnología y que, aún, está en desarrollo. Actualmente, soy estudio constante sobre el ecosistema, aprendiendo día a día a mejorar mis habilidades y teniendo la constancia para cumplir las metas y retos propuestos. Pertenezco a varias comunidades, donde puedo aprender y conocer a personas increíbles. 

> <center><h3><a href="https://twitter.com/Soymaferlopezp">Mafer</a></h3></center> Enthusiast and Web3 learner, but how did I know about all this? I started in 2017 to know about trading, I was in an academy learning the theory and a little practice (Demo account), by 2020 is that I get interested in cryptocurrencies, learning a little about Bitcoin and Ethereum. Let's just say, it's not until the play to earn games that I really get into researching cryptocurrencies, NFT's, blockchain and web3. At that point, is when I understand the potential that it has with respect to technology and that it is still developing. Currently, I am constantly studying about the ecosystem, learning every day to improve my skills and having the constancy to meet the proposed goals and challenges. I belong to several communities, where I can learn and meet amazing people.

<center><h3>¿De dónde surge el proyecto DW3?</h3></center>A mediados de junio 2022 aproximadamente, tras varias conversaciones, empieza la idea de crear algo con nuestro sello propio, algo donde pudiéramos desde el ámbito educativo, aportar a la comunidad, y de esa manera también seguir aprendiendo, queríamos que en dicho espacio pudiéramos tratar temas sobre Web3, Blockchain, criptomonedas, tecnología, arte, marketing, temas variados que nos ayudarán a tener un crecimiento tanto profesional como personal. Y es que, la base de esto es, poder aprender en comunidad junto a especialistas de los diferentes nichos nombrados previamente.

> <center><h3>Where does the DW3 project come from?</h3></center>Approximately mid-June 2022, after several conversations, the idea of creating something with our own seal begins, something where we could from the educational field, contribute to the community, and thus also continue learning, we wanted that in this space we could discuss topics about Web3, Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, technology, art, marketing, various topics that will help us to have both professional and personal growth. And the base of this is to be able to learn in community with specialists in the different niches previously mentioned.

Con esa visión, nos pusimos manos a la obra para ir dándole forma a lo que se convertiría en nuestro proyecto. Durante ese plazo, en Venezuela, estaba planificado el mayor evento cripto del país: la Caracas Blockchain Week, en la cual Say y Mafer estuvieron presentes. Muchas personas se acercaron y tuvieron palabras de aliento, muy lindas e inspiradoras, gestos de apoyo y es que, cabe destacar que estas personas que se nos acercaban son las que admiramos, respetamos y de las cuales aprendemos día a día.

> With that vision, we got down to work to give shape to what would become our project. During that time, in Venezuela, the biggest crypto event in the country was planned: the Caracas Blockchain Week, in which Say and Mafer were present. Many people approached us and had words of encouragement, very nice and inspiring, gestures of support and it is noteworthy that these people who approached us are the ones we admire, respect and from whom we learn every day.

En consecuencia, lo siguiente fue plantear una reunión y realizar una toma de decisiones, ya no a la ligera ni dando muchas vueltas, ya en ese momento fue cuando le pusimos fecha al lanzamiento del proyecto.

> For this reason, the next step was to schedule a meeting and make a decision, no longer lightly or by taking too many turns, and at that moment was when we set a date for the launch of the project. 

Gracias a ello, tras varios sneak peaks y un poco de suspenso en Twitter, el día 16 de noviembre 2022 hicimos el anuncio formal de Dosis WEB3, y a través de un hilo le contamos a nuestros amigos y seguidores lo que queríamos lograr con este proyecto.

> Thanks to this, after several sneak peaks and a bit of suspense on Twitter, on November 16, 2022 we made the formal announcement of Dosis WEB3, and through a thread we told our friends and followers what we wanted to achieve with this project.

<center><h3>¿De qué va DW3?</h3></center> Crear una comunidad donde todos podamos crecer, aprender y ayudarnos. Esto, de la mano de especialistas en diferentes temas. Pero ¿DW3 es una academia, dictan cursos, qué actividades hacen? No, a través de los Twitter Space que realizamos los días lunes a las 20:00 VE nos conectamos y con nuestros invitados podemos conversar de una forma "ligera" sin tanto tecnicismo, así junto a la comunidad nos conectamos y tenemos esa enseñanza.

> <center><h3>What is DW3 about?</h3></center> Creating a community where we can all grow, learn and help each other. This, hand in hand with specialists in different topics. But is DW3 an academy, do you teach courses, what activities do you do? No, through the Twitter Space that we do on Mondays at 20:00 VE we connect and with our guests we can talk in a "light" way without so much technicality, so together with the community we connect and have that teaching.

Digamos, esa es la base del proyecto, pero no nos quedamos allí. La idea es que estos Spaces estén divididos por temporadas, la primera tuvo un total de cinco (5) episodios, con unos invitados de lujo, las charlas fueron de criptomonedas, marketing, finanzas e inversiones.

> Let's say, that is the basis of the project, but we did not stop there. The idea is that these Spaces are divided by seasons, the first one had a total of five (5) episodes, with some luxury guests, the talks were about cryptocurrencies, marketing, finance and investments.

Además, queríamos realizar algo adicional, que nos permitiera interactuar con la comunidad y corroborar que se entendiera la información que se compartió durante cada space. Y es por eso, que creamos las actividades extras o quiz que se publican los días martes por medio de un hilo en Twitter en forma de encuesta, cabe destacar, que hay una pregunta la cual es obligatoria justificar su respuesta. ¿Con qué fin? Bueno, con eso podemos medir si el contenido que se está haciendo cumple con los objetivos, adicionalmente creamos un sistema de puntaje en donde cada persona que forma parte de la comunidad y participe constantemente en nuestros spaces, responda los quizzes, interactúe con las actividades, vaya obteniendo puntos de temporada y así, cuando ya se termine, poder obtener un beneficio. Ojo, queremos acotar y resaltar lo siguiente, toda persona que nos escucha, apoya y nos sigue es importante para nosotros. Ahora bien, aquellas personas que se involucran un poco más y se mantienen participativas, les otorgamos un beneficio (no monetario) de agradecimiento por su constancia y participación. 

> In addition, we wanted to do something extra that would allow us to interact with the community and corroborate that the information shared during each space was understood. And that is why we created the extra activities or quizzes that are published on Tuesdays through a Twitter thread in the form of a survey, it should be noted that there is a question which is mandatory to justify your answer. With what purpose? Well, with that we can measure if the content that is being done meets the objectives, additionally we created a scoring system where each person who is part of the community and constantly participates in our spaces, answer the quizzes, interact with the activities, get points for the season and thus, when it is finished, can get a benefit. We would like to point out and emphasize the following: every person who listens, supports and follows us is important to us. Now, those people who get a little more involved and keep participating, we give them a benefit (non-monetary) to thank them for their perseverance and participation.

No estamos de acuerdo con que una comunidad se mantenga a través de premios o intercambios monetarios. Dosis Web3 es un proyecto que busca seguir aprendiendo todos juntos, y que nos permita crecer a nivel profesional y personal.

> We do not agree that a community is maintained through prizes or monetary exchanges. Dosis Web3 is a project that seeks to continue learning together, and that allows us to grow professionally and personally.
