Hola Hivers, ¿cómo están? Nosotros estamos excelente y muy entusiasmados porque venimos a contarles una experiencia que tuvimos al planificar y organizar nuestro primer MeetUp. 

Este evento tuvo fecha el 16 de marzo en Caracas, Venezuela. Fue gracias a la unión que hicimos con el team @mayvileros y Monika @gabriellalpez2 que es la líder del proyecto La ruta del café. Tras algunos meses desde la primera llamada e invitación a formar parte de este encuentro, decimos con una gran felicidad aún reflejada en nuestro rostro "¡Lo logramos!"

Organizar un evento por más pequeño que sea, es un trabajo arduo, llevan muchos detalles, planificación, decisiones. Además, cuando se quiere lograr buenos resultados y se quieren hacer las cosas bien, toman tiempo para estructurar todo. Ojo, también hay que darle la oportunidad a la improvisación, porque algo que es seguro, es que, muchas de las cosas, por más que se puedan prever, estarán fuera del alcance y es justo allí, cuando se puede ver el manejo de situaciones. En este caso, nos alegra que tanto lo que se trabajó, cómo lo inesperado, fue satisfactorio. 

En este primer encuentro, nos dimos a la tarea de que sí o sí estuviese Say presente, ya que, no se encuentra en la capital, pero nos negábamos a que no asistiera. Spoiler: ¡Se logró el objetivo!. El evento fue en un local del centro comercial San Ignacio, se llama Istanbul, full cómodo, espacioso, las muchachas que trabajan allí fueron super atentas, nos ayudaron a acomodar las mesas, se encargaron de la música y nos ayudaron a organizarnos para la entrega de las bebidas.

But you also have to give improvisation a chance, because one thing that is certain is that many things, no matter how much you can foresee, will be out of reach and it is right there, when you can see the management of situations. In this case, we are glad that what we worked on, as well as the unexpected, was satisfactory.<br><br>

In this first meeting, we made it a point to have Say present, since he is not in the capital, but we refused to let him not attend. Spoiler: We achieved our goal! The event was in a place in the San Ignacio shopping center, called Istanbul, full comfortable, spacious, the girls who work there were super attentive, they helped us to arrange the tables, they were in charge of the music and helped us to organize the delivery of the drinks.

El horario pautado era a las 4:30 pm y algunos de los invitados llegaron más o menos a esa hora, poco a poco fueron llegando las personas de los 3 proyectos. Cabe destacar, de la ruta del café y de Dosis Web3, se podría decir que “somos la misma gente”, ya que, muchas personas forman parte de ambos proyectos. Nos agradó muchísimo conocer a muchos Hivers que estaban invitados por el team Mayvileros, indiscutiblemente, la buena vibra de la comunidad de Hive donde llegan es impresionante ¡Nos encanta!

Transcurriendo la tarde, nos tomamos unas cervezas y una muy linda selfie, agradecimientos al amigo Ilaz @ilazramusic por capturar ese momento, luego de eso, hablamos un poco sobre cada proyecto.

Tomando la batuta e iniciando el team Mayvileros @mayvil y Cabeto @cabetosag comentaron el camino que vienen haciendo en Hive, en las plataformas que crean contenido y comparten con la comunidad, hablaron sobre los planes que tienen, epa y estén muy pendientes porque traen muchas cosas muy buenas e interesantes. Siguiendo, fue el turno de @say-sarg & @soymaferlopezp hablar un poco sobre @dosisweb3 el enfoque fue comentar lo que se ha construido y agradecer a la comunidad por lo que se está logrando y comentaron sobre algunas alianzas. De última, pero no menos importante, Moni @gabriellalpez2 contó como una idea que colocó en Twitter de querer ir a tomar un café, se convirtió en un plan de, al menos, una vez al mes compartir un café y conocer un lugar diferente en Caracas.

As the afternoon went by, we had a few beers and a very nice selfie, thanks to our friend Ilaz for capturing that moment, after that, we talked a little about each project. Starting the Mayvileros team, May and Cabeto commented on the path they have been doing in Hive, in the platforms that create content and share with the community, they talked about the plans they have, epa and stay tuned because they bring many very good and interesting things. Following, it was the turn of Say and Mafer to talk a little about Dosis, the focus was to comment on what has been built and thank the community for what is being achieved and commented on some alliances. Last but not least, Moni told how an idea she posted on Twitter of wanting to go for a coffee, became a plan to, at least once a month, share a coffee and get to know a different place in Caracas.

Continuando la velada, tanto el team Mayvileros y DW3, realizaron unas actividades con todos los presentes para regalar merch. Siendo más precisos, unas franelas bellas con el logo de Mayvileros y unas lindas gorras con el logo de Dosis Web3.

Les contamos cuáles fueron nuestras actividades, la primera consistía en tomarse una foto con el equipo de Dosis y subirla a Twitter con el hashtag #EncuentroDosis y todas estas personas, se anotaron sus user en un papelito y una mano inocente (no, no fue ni Mafer ni Say jajajajaja) el sobrino de May nos ayudó con eso, saco un papelito, donde el ganador fue nuestro querido amigo Beto (aka @jurbinaper), la segunda actividad fue decir cuál era el space con mayor audiencia que se ha tenido, en esta ocasión la ganadora fue Mary, que notamos que está muy pendiente del proyecto, ya que dio con el número, el cual fue de 1.2k -una locura-  esto fue con el Ep1 de la 2da temporada que tuvimos de invitada a Yasmin Centeno y la tercera pregunta, el ganador fue Shaggy, amigo también de la casa, él respondió sobre cuántas piezas de NFT sacamos de nuestra primera temporada de spaces, el cual fueron 14 en total.

Continuing the evening, both the Mayvileros team and DW3, made some activities with everyone present to give away merchandise. To be more precise, some beautiful t-shirts with the Mayvileros logo and some nice caps with the Dosis Web3 logo.<br><br> 

The first one was to take a picture with the Dosis team and upload it to Twitter with the hashtag #EncuentroDosis and all these people wrote down their users on a piece of paper and an innocent hand (no, it wasn't Mafer or Say hahahahahaha) May's nephew helped us with that, the second activity was to say which was the space with the highest audience that we have had, this time the winner was Mary, who we noticed that she is very attentive to the project, since she found the number, which was 1.2k -a madness- this was with the Ep1 of the 2nd season we had Yasmin Centeno as guest and the third question, the winner was Shaggy, also a friend of the house, he answered about how many pieces of NFT we took out of our first season of spaces, which were 14 in total.

Algo lindo que sucedió, es que tres (3) amigos, dieron a conocer su proyecto que está próximo a estrenarse. El proyecto se llama la Taguara, y del equipo estaban presente 3 de 4. Será un podcast donde se pueda hablar de todo un poco pero, muy relajado, con alguna bebida alcohólica o no en mano y en un ambiente entre amigos. ¿Nos van a dejar con la intriga de quienes son? ¡No, claro que no!, los encargados de darle vida a la Taguara son: Beto @jurbinaper Chidori @chidorizt Aguacate y Rafael (que no estaba presente). Esperamos con ansias ver este proyecto y les deseamos muchísimo éxito.

Este encuentro significó muchísimo para nosotros, porque más allá de presentar el proyecto presencial y con nuevas personas, tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer networking y conocer a nuestra comunidad, compartir risas, una cerveza, saber de sus proyectos, conocerlos en sí, eso fue mágico. Nos llenó de energía y confirmó que si una persona puede conectar con tu propósito de vida, todo el trabajo, esfuerzo y constancia, vale la pena.

Queremos hacer una mención especial a dos personitas que nos sorprendieron gratamente, nos pusieron el corazón arrugadito -en el buen sentido- e hicieron muy feliz. Ellos son Chidori y Auli, ellos se presentaron al evento con dos ramos de flores para Say y Mafer. La emoción, el sentimiento, lo lindo que fue es algo que quedará grabado para siempre ¡Gracias, muchas gracias!
