Week 2 report back
Well to sum it all up in one line, week 2 was double of week 1. Having added a few more things to my training has definitely boosted the rate at which I am loosing weight and gaining muscle.

Lets keep it small guys, often we feel proud and really good about this awesome training which is working so well and we think it will continue like this. Well usually week 3 is where you can pick up weight or even go nowhere, so take each week as it comes and keep going. 

Now that we doing so well time to amp up the intensity, this week I will be increasing everything especially that which has become really easy.

For those of you who haven't started yet I shake my head...

They say that to get fully into a routine you must go more than three weeks, for it to truly sink in to your mentality. Week three is the hardest. You get so happy with the progress so far that you become complacent and start to slack off. Week three is the most critical. This is when you mentally work the hardest to keep the discipline. Keep up the good work.  After week three you will continue on, or already have given up. Love the baby with the weights. I can relate.
