Week 5 report back

When those cheat days slowly creep their was in, very quiet and unnoticed. I guess one cheat day is fine nothing bad will happen? It is just one day I have been so good all the other days.

And so it only took one day to change it all, as an old saying goes Rome was not built in a day... but I can destroy it in one

So yes I did fall, I had done that despicable thing that no one should ever do, especially on a Monday. I partook in the dreaded cheat day and it was glorious, it did satisfy all those cravings and brought about the biggest smile upon my faces as bite after bite got even better.

Each enjoyable moment on my lips felt like I had never eaten so good in years, but one thing is for sure, those short amazing moments on my lips will last a few years on my hips...
