[Steemconnect] Indicate the Importance of Decimals and Units on Account Creation
## Introduction
SteemConnect2 is a token based authentication system made easy for the Steem blockchain. One of its nice features is a page that allows the creation of accounts in a user-friendly manner: https://v2.steemconnect.com/accounts/create

## Issues
Although the account creation form has placeholders on what to enter in the STEEM and VESTS fields, there's no indication that the decimals and the units are actually important. For example, entering `6` in the STEEM field and/or `50000` in the VESTS field may stall the submission without any feedback to the users why it stalled or didn't go through. So, in our example, the user must enter `6.000 STEEM` and/or `50000.000000 VESTS`.

## Solution
Help the users fill the form properly. Underline the importance of the decimals and units with instructions text added to the form, in the same fashion that it's already indicated to **"Write down your password and keep it somewhere very safe and secure"**, under the password field.

Add the following tips:
`Use the format '0.000 STEEM', the 3 decimals and unit are important.`
`Use the format '0.000000 VESTS', the 6 decimals and unit are important.`

Yes.  Any time there's an entry field where the syntax is vitally important (such as this case where you need to specify the denomination of units), this should be a standard practice.

The first time I created an account with vests I had to try 3 times before I noticed that I had to add "VESTS" at the end after I copied and pasted the number of vests from a sheet calculation. 🤦

Indeed it's not clear when doing it for the first time. In fact, a user had that same problem earlier on the chat. Turned out, it was the format he wrote in the STEEM field, he only put "6". That's what prompted me to make that pull request 🙇
