2/ Kosovo prime minister Albin Kurti accused neighbouring Serbia, which still formally considers Kosovo as part of its territory, of being, directly and indirectly behind the attack. Tensions between Serbia and Kosovo, as well between majority ethnic Albanians and minority ethnic Serbs, have been simmering despite the years-long attempts of normalisation following 2013 Brussels Treaty. Last year an armed confrontation between Kosovo police and Serb nationalist militants caused number of fatalities.
