इस साल सामान्य से भी कम बारिश के साथ मॉनसून खत्म
जी हां दोस्तों मॉनसून  सत्र बिल्कुल तरह से समाप्त हो चुका है और इसी के साथ भारत में एक नई बहस भी शुरू हो गई है मौसम विभाग का दावा था कि इस बार बारिश तो होगी मगर वह सामान्य होगी जैसा के कुछ इलाकों में बहुत ही सामान्य बारिश हुई है अगर दिल की बात की जाए तो इस बार बहुत ही सामान्य बारिश के साथ मॉनसून विदा हो गया मगर अगर सिक्के की दूसरी तरफ देखा जाए केरला में तो वहां पर जानलेवा बाढ़ के साथ बारिश हो चुकी है और इसके बारे में ज्यादा बताने की जरूरत नहीं है मगर यहां पर एक सवाल आता है

कि मौसम विभाग ने यह कहा था कि सामान्य बारिश होगी इस बार भारत में मगर कुछ इलाकों में तो यह बात सिद्ध हो गई क्यों बिल्कुल ही सामान्य बारिश बल के सामान्य से भी कम हुई है मगर जिस तरह केरला में आफत और तबाही मचाई है पढ़ने और बारिश ने यह भी एक ऐसी हकीकत है जिसे भुलाया नहीं जा सकता बहरहाल हमें इस बस में नहीं जाना कि कौन सही है कौन गलत बस यही है![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXiPj9PwsxJXcH4yUsSYDXZHnMbdb1x99XbVsmHZ4wAkF/image.png)
