On your marks... Get Set....

### Our 6 week DreemPort Challenge is gearing up!  We begin on MONDAY!!!

I mentioned in my last post how very important it is to assess the course that our lives are on. Often we set goals, and forget to check back on the progress.  Little by little, we get derailed and lose focus.

It usually takes a good JOLT back to reality to set our feet back on the right path.  

But what if we didn't have to learn the hard way?  What if we just took the time to assess and adjust RIGHT NOW!

<CENTER><H2>That's the focus of this 6 week DreemPort Challenge.</H2></CENTER>

We are so excited about this that we want to give cumulative and progressive rewards.  For this first upcoming week EVERYONE who enters the challenge and gets us excited about their 6 week goal by submitting their post next Friday will receive 100 tokens!  

You will join in with all the other Dreemers, commit to completing simple daily tasks, and then report your weekly progress to the rest of us, by submitting your challenge post to [DreemPort](https://staging.dreemport.com) on Fridays!

Take the weekend off, and come back to check your results on Monday - to start fresh again!

Here is the chart that you'll be filling in and adding to your DreemPort Challenge post each Friday (starting next week)

Just go ahead and mark off each day that you've successfully completed the daily checklist.

We will start with Week 1

- 5 minutes of meditation/breathing exercises or prayer
- 32 ounces of water to drink!  Drink your water, dreemers!  (32 ounces a day for Week 1 only - we will increase this a bit each week)
- 20 minutes of any physical activity you like! 
- 15 minutes dedicated to a special goal, your choice!  We will be following your progress over the 6 weeks - so choose something that you've really been wanting to practice - and share it with us!

- OTHER  (this is optional - if you have something that you'd like to be accountable for, but would rather keep it private - you can just know use this space!)
- Write a post and submit to Dreemport daily.  We will be keeping track of this one - and giving out rewards for anyone who submits a post Monday-Friday on DreemPort!


You will add this little chart to your DreemPort Challenge Post submitted on FRIDAY! Add your initials or a checkmark or anything you like to the box at the bottom for the days you successfully completed the tasks! The Friday post is where you'll answer the WEEKLY QUESTION.  Be sure so submit to DreemPort WITH your completed chart!

Ok. So the participants are supposed to write this checklist post everyday, but, my Tiger, I am wondering if they won't become spammy...? Wait....! Is it about submitting a general post everyday?

Lol. This contest reminded me of my health psychology assignment where we had to work 6 weeks on modifying a behavior.

It's just the normal post.  They don't have to submit a post everyday! hehehe but they mark down the days when they have done all :)

but there are lot of people who post daily - and nope... not spammy at all, as long as they write with their hearts!  

then on Friday - they'll submit their weekly challenge post reporting how well they did all week - and answer the question 1 on Friday hehehe

So, 32 ounces of water per day and that's equal to 4 cups of water? Heheh... Good. The water I use here is sachet water and each sachet weighs 50cl.

Lol...I can feel the curiosity. Haha.

So, this is how it works. We can't boast of good drinkable water in many part of the country so, what people drink is usually based on what they can afford.

**Firstly,** We have tap water. That's the cheapest. You can fill 25 litress with $0.03 and it will last for 3 weeks if you are a heavy drinker. Hehe. But I tell you, that's very dangerous. The water is usually not healthy for drinking.

**Secondly,** you can go for sachet water popularly known as pure water 😂. That's what I use at the moment

I usually buy a bag of it for $0.35 and it has 20 sachets in each bag. That lasts for 5 days on average for me. It's assumed to be safer and well treated. That's the truth in most cases, but I have seen pure water factories which are not really hygienic. Hehe

**Lastly,** we have bottled water also know as swan water although 'swan' is one of many companies that produces this.

I'm sure @kemmyb has a lot of these at home. Hehe. It's for those with excess money 😂😂. I only buy that when I'm travelling and a bottle of it costs $0.26. A whole set costs $6 - According to Jumia online store. But you can get it for $3 in physical stores.

Kemmy can tell us how long it lasts. Probably a week or less. Hehe.

Yep!!! you got it exactly right!

So starting on Monday - you will start with doing those daily tasks.

drink 32 ounces of water
find 5 minutes of rest for your mind... etc.

Complete these everyday!  :)

Then on Friday, you'll be submitting the post - SHOWING your little record... maybe it will look like this...

Monday through Friday - we will do the challenges - and then everyone will submit their Friday post by 4pm PST (so this is actually our  FIRST FRIDAY submission for DreemPort!)

so on that day - people might need to get their goals done a bit earlier.  Thankfully 4pm PST is pretty late for everyone else on their Friday - so it should be ok for them hehehehe

only people in the US might have to shake their tail feathers to get it in on time hehehehe

I'm so excited too - and I know EXACTLY what i want to do for my goal LOLOL

its gonna be so hard. but I dont' care hahahahahaha

What a cool challenge 
Let’s see how I think I will do on week 1

We will start with Week 1

5 minutes of meditation/breathing exercises or prayer

I have that covered I think before going to sleep each night I say my prayers but somedays I may be tired and cut that short

But getting focused on doing supernatural workouts each day both flow and boxing and decided last night to try the meditation between workouts


32 ounces of water to drink! Drink your water, dreemers! (32 ounces for Week 1 only - we will increase this a bit each week)

That’s easy for me drink well over that at the moment I think most days I drink 32 ounces before breakfast 


20 minutes of any physical activity you like!

Last week that may have been a struggle on cold days but with the oculus and supernatural I have this one in the bag


15 minutes dedicated to a special goal, your choice! We will be following your progress over the 6 weeks - so choose something that you've really been wanting to practice - and share it with us!

Can I add another 15 minutes of exercise I really am focused on loosing weight 
Probably not will have to think on this one

You can do WHATEVER you like as your special goal!  I'm also really trying hard to focus on my weight loss this year!  so you do whatever gets you excited hehehe

and yes - my Supernatural gave me SUCH a good workout yesterday.  I did some boxing and then some high intensity stuff - whewwwwww i was POURING sweat and it felt so good!!!!1

I LOVE that you already ahve 32 ounces of water inside you before breakfast - man!!! i need to get water hungry like that heheheheheheh

I'm excited to be doing this with you WereTwin! hehehe

and I had the best wednesday walk post for this week - and ended up not getting to it... so next week - i hope you like it. hehehehe  it will be a different kind of walk.  why am I always doing things different???? hahahahaha
