<div class="text-justify">Saludos mis estimados lectores, quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia con las primeras nebulizaciones de mi pequeño Juan Andrés, quien ha estado un poco quebrantado de salud desde hace unos días, gracias a Dios el es un niño muy sano y en sus 2 años y 10 meses de vida nunca le había dado una tos tan fuerte, a tal punto de requerir este tipo de tratamientos, la verdad que no es fácil que un niño menor de 3 años pueda aceptar esas terapias; esta es una de las consecuencias por la fuertes lluvias que se han presentado en mi ciudad y los cambios bruscos de clima, aunque cuidamos mucho a los niños Juan se enfermo.

En casa tengo un nebulizador de uso personal, el cual compre desde que nació mi hijo mayor Matthias, por si se presentaba alguna eventualidad en algún momento, ya que prefiero tener todo lo necesario para mis hijos y no exponerlos a equipos de uso general; al examinar Juan decidí comenzar el tratamiento de inmediato, pero Juan al ver el nebulizador y percatarse que le iba a colocar la mascarilla, lo primero que hizo fue llorar, esto por supuesto empeora el cuadro clínico, la primera nebulización me tocó realizarla a mi, ya que estaba en casa solo con mis dos pequeños, fue bastante difícil, aunque intentaba calmarlo, cuando prendía de nuevo el nebulizador, Juan lloraba y  no se dejaba colocar la mascarilla, a pesar de que fue poco lo que logre colocarla se le calmo un poco la tos.

Ya en la tarde cuando le tocaba la segunda dosis, mi esposa estaba en la casa, y entre los dos fue más  fácil, lloro menos, mi esposa lo abrazaba y hablaba con el, explicándole, pero estaba intranquilo; hasta que se nos ocurrió prestarle el teléfono con la música que a el le gusta, ahí se tranquilizó y se dejo realizar la terapia, para el resto de las terapias le perdió un poco el miedo, y el teléfono también fue de gran ayuda, aunque estamos claro que tampoco podemos darle el teléfono para que deje de llorar, lo ideal es lograr que se adapte a usar la mascarilla, sin embargo en este momento nuestra prioridad es su salud y por eso utilizamos este recurso.

Gracias a Dios hoy amaneció mucho mejor, las nebulizaciones, junto con el antialérgico y la prednisolona, dieron buen resultado, a pesar que su madre sufre de asma bronquial, ninguno de nuestros 2 hijos la padece, ambos son muy sanos, pero es inevitable sufrir las consecuencias de las lluvias que han caído en los últimos días en Venezuela, lo que ha generado cuadro de infecciones respiratorias en las comunidades, siendo esta la causa mas frecuente de las consultas en los hospitales y ambulatorios de mi ciudad.
