<div class="text-justify">Saludos mis estimados lectores, es la primera vez que escribo para esta comunidad @emotions&feelings y lo hago para dar respuesta a una invitación recibida de mi estimada @yolimarag para participar y escribir sobre el tema del mes “El aburrimiento”,  un tema al cual he estado muy ligado pero que he sabido sobrellevar y sacar el mayor de los provechos. Me gustaria invitar a participar a @mayrinicg @isa.mari25 y mi hermana @miky2409

## <center>¿Que es el aburrimiento? / What is Boredom? </center>
El aburrimiento es un sentimiento que en algún momento de nuestras vidas todos hemos tenido, ya que sentimos un gran vacio, sin tener nada que hacer, sin ninguna idea en ese momento, puede darse por la rutina diaria de nuestra vida.

## <center>Mis experiencias personales / My personal experiences</center>

Muchos se preguntaran porque digo que estoy ligado a este tema; en muchas oportunidades les he contado que provengo de un caserío muy alejado de la ciudad donde ni siquiera contábamos con servicio eléctrico, se podrán imaginar cuando caía la noche todos debíamos acostarnos temprano ya que las labores del campo comienzan desde muy temprano y cuando asistía a clases debía agarrar camino a muy tempranas horas para llegar a tiempo a la escuela. 

>Many will wonder why I say that I am linked to this topic; on many occasions I have told you that I come from a hamlet far away from the city where we did not even have electricity service, you can imagine that when night fell we all had to go to bed early because the work in the fields starts very early and when I attended classes I had to take the road very early to get to school on time.

Mientras estaban todos mis hermanos y hermanas en casa siempre teníamos algo que inventar y jugar, mucho mas cuando iban mis primos a pasar vacaciones, no existía cabida para esta palabra; pero poco a poco mis hermanos y hermanas mayores se fueron casando y se fueron a formar sus hogares, por ultimo quedamos junto a nuestro padre, 3 de mis hermanas (Macarena, Yeli, Chiquin) y yo, ya la niñez había pasado y estábamos en etapa de adolescencia, hacíamos largas caminatas para ir a algunas fiestas o simplemente ir a jugar y compartir con nuestros amigos, buscando la forma de hacer pasar el tiempo mas rápido.

>While all my brothers and sisters were at home we always had something to invent and play, much more when my cousins went on vacation, there was no room for this word; But little by little my older brothers and sisters got married and left to form their homes, finally we were left with our father, 3 of my sisters (Macarena, Yeli, Chiquin) and me, and childhood had passed and we were in adolescence stage, we made long walks to go to some parties or just go to play and share with our friends, looking for ways to make the time pass faster.

Luego de algún tiempo mi hermana Macarena junto a mi padre  decide comprar una casa en la ciudad de Carora, y se vienen mis 3 hermanas, quedándome yo con mi padre encargado de nuestra casa y de nuestros animales, conjuntamente con mis estudios debía ayudar a ordeñar, hacer queso, barrer el corral y recoger el abono; y también estar al pendiente de las labores del hogar (hacer comida, lavar la ropa y limpiar la casa).

Por las tardes me iba en mi bicicleta aproximadamente a 3 kilómetros de mi casa, a un campo de softbol a jugar y practicar con mis amigos, y regresa a casa ya caída la noche, y los fines de semana me podía quedar en casa de algún amigo ya que nos íbamos de fiesta, pero siempre regresando temprano para ayudar a mi padre con las labores; desde muy pequeño mi ritmo de vida ha sido muy agitado que no daba paso al aburrimiento.

>In the afternoons I would go on my bicycle approximately 3 kilometers from my house, to a softball field to play and practice with my friends, and return home at nightfall, and on weekends I could stay at a friend's house since we were going to a party, but always returning early to help my father with the chores; since I was very young my pace of life has been very hectic that did not give way to boredom.

En casa siempre teníamos baterías para escuchar la radio por la noche, es por ello que conozco muchas canciones de cientos de artista; linternas y velas para jugar partidas de dominó con  los vecinos mas cercanos y mi hermano Andrés quien nos visitaba diariamente; cuando me encontraba solo tomaba mi cuatro y aprendí a tocar sin ayuda de nadie,  este fue un obsequio de mi cuñado el Lutier Antonio Navarro (padre de mi sobrina @irenenavarroart y esposo de mi hermana @yole), algo que he ido mejorando con la ayuda de el internet, donde busco tonos de canciones y las aplico.

>At home we always had batteries to listen to the radio at night, that is why I know many songs of hundreds of artists; lanterns and candles to play dominoes with the closest neighbors and my brother Andres who visited us daily; when I was alone I took my cuatro and learned to play without anyone's help, this was a gift from my brother in law Lutier Antonio Navarro (father of my niece @irenenavarroart and husband of my sister @yole), something that I have been improving with the help of the internet, where I look for tones of songs and apply them.

Mi interés por la lectura fue cultivado gracias a mi cuñado Mario ya que el nos visitaba todos los domingos y me llevaba todos los periódicos de la semana, pasaba horas sentado leyendo y resolviendo crucigramas, lo que me ayudo a enriquecer mi cultura general, mejorar mi ortografía y redacción en clase.

>My interest in reading was cultivated thanks to my brother in law Mario since he visited us every Sunday and took me all the week's newspapers, I spent hours sitting reading and solving crossword puzzles, which helped me to enrich my general culture, improve my spelling and writing in class.

Viví 5 años solo con mi padre, quien en este tiempo fue perdiendo poco a poco su visión, hasta llegar al punto de ni siquiera poder jugar domino con el; se podrán imaginar el nivel de aburrimiento que cualquier persona pudiera sentir, pero sin embargo siempre busque la forma de dar buen uso a mi tiempo, aprendiendo y enriqueciendo mis conocimientos, haciendo de mi lo que soy hoy por hoy, un adulto con un nivel de cultura general muy extenso.

Cuando mi hijo mayor Matthias Andrés me dice que esta aburrido, en oportunidades le he contado un poco mi historia, para hacerle ver que el tiene muchas cosas con que divertirse, trato de ponerme a cocinar con el, de enseñar los juegos de mi niñez, leer un libro de cuentos o realizar alguna actividad en casa, hacer que tenga otras cosas con que divertirse no solo con la tecnología;  porque pienso que el aburrimiento es un estado mental al que el ser humano da vida.

>When my oldest son Matthias Andres tells me that he is bored, I have told him a little of my story, to make him see that he has many things to have fun with, I try to cook with him, to teach him the games of my childhood, read a story book or do some activity at home, to make him have other things to have fun with, not only with technology; because I think that boredom is a mental state to which the human being gives life.

Amigos este es un  poco de la historia de mi vida ligada al aburrimiento, espero les sirva de algo mis experiencia y mi forma de combatir este ocio; hasta una nueva oportunidad despide su amigo el Drhueso.
