|Calabrese.  | Calabresa |
| Corn. |Maiz.  |

|<div class="text-justify"> Then I chopped the dough in two, floured the counter and stretched the dough first with my hands and then with the rolling pin until it reached the size of the tray I was going to use, in this case a square one. </div>| <div class="text-justify"> Luego la masa la pique en dos, enharine en mesón y fue estirando la masa primero con las manos y luego con el rodillo hasta llegar al tamaño de la bandeja que iba a usar, en este caso una cuadrada. </div> |
