### <center>The relevance of our memories</center>

Why do I say that we must strive to remember more clearly and precisely? Isn't it kind of dwelling in the past? Well, if I were to sit in my room, going over what I could've done differently in a certain situation, absorbed by nostalgia for hours but not extracting any information to change or improve my perspective in the Now, then yes, that'd be an accurate assessment. However, what I'm saying is that we should train to have clearer access to our previous experiences so as to study and understand them. As I've said in other posts, the Narrative of the physical existence is layered and each layer repeats the others, for as above, so below. This means that what happened before is happening now and will happen again. 

It's also critical to internalize that we're not just the depositaries of our own memories, all of our ancestors are encoded in our cells and our DNA carries data from every other lifeform on this planet. By exposing our memories to the light, we can read our own personal books, which in turn mirror the greater Book of Creation. Working on remembrance isn't about trying to fix what's happened, but about attaining more precise and specific information about each circumstance in order to make better, faster choices. In essence, it's about knowing ourselves better, which is the ultimate goal of every practice of self-awareness.

Be warned, though, that cultivating deeper knowledge of ourselves both facilitates and demands that we cut our own bullshit and start seeing our vices and virtues for what they truly are; and not just ours, but those of our friends, our relatives and strangers we've met, people we love and admire but also people we don't appreciate or actually disapprove of. It's a sobering process and absolutely necessary for the dismantling of our egos.

No way around it: to be free of the fictions around and within us, we must know them in depth.

### <center>La relevancia de nuestras memorias</center>

¿Por qué digo que debemos buscar recordar con mayor claridad y precisión? ¿No es una forma de vivir en el pasado? Bien, si yo me sentase en mi cuarto a pensar en lo que pude haber hecho distinto en cierta situación, absorto en la nostalgia por horas pero sin extraer ninguna información para cambiar o mejorar mi perspectiva en el Ahora, entonces sí, esa sería una afirmación adecuada. Sin embargo, lo que digo es que deberíamos entrenarnos para tener un acceso más claro a nuestras experiencias previas para estudiarlas y comprenderlas. Como he dicho en otros artículos, la Narrativa de esta existencia física está organizada en capas y cada capa repite las otras, porque como es arriba, es abajo. Esto significa que lo que pasó antes está pasando ahora y volverá a pasar.

Es también crítico internalizar que no somos depositarios únicamente de nuestras propias memorias, todos nuestros ancestros están codificados en nuestras células y nuestro ADN tiene datos de todas las formas de vida en este planeta. Al exponer nuestros recuerdos a la luz, podemos leer nuestros libros personales, los cuales a su vez reflejan el Gran Libro de la Creación. Trabajar en la remembranza no se trata de intentar arreglar lo que pasó, sino de obtener información más precisa y específica sobre cada circunstancia para poder tomar decisiones mejores y más rápidas. En esencia, se trata de conocernos mejor a nosotros mismos, que es el objetivo final de toda práctica de consciencia.

Tengan en cuenta, no obstante, que cultivar un conocimiento más profundo de nosotros mismos simultáneamente facilita y exige que nos desagamos de nuestros cuentos y comencemos a ver nuestros vicios y virtudes como lo que realmente son; y no sólo los nuestros, sino los de nuestros amigos, nuestros familiares y extraños que nos hemos encontrado, gente que amamos y admiramos pero también gente que no apreciamos o incluso reprobamos. Es un proceso aleccionador y absolutamente necesario para desmantelar nuestros egos.

No hay forma de evitarlo: para liberarnos de las ficciones internas y externas, debemos conocerlas a profundidad.

Participa activamente en la limpieza y sanación de la tierra, cuentas con el apoyo de grandes poderes, ríndete a tu dolor y tu miedo bajo su cuidado, encuentra la Luz y la Paz que éstos ocultan.
