Tengo una debilidad, no sé si es un defecto o una virtud: cuando veo una tela, un papel, una cinta, un cartón, una varilla, etc… enseguida pienso ¿Qué puedo hacer con eso? No acepto la idea de que esas cosas se tiren a la basura, les debo encontrar una utilidad, tengo que reciclarlo de alguna forma.
Asi es que cada vez que tengo una tela en la mano, mi mente dice: esta me sirve para un vestido de muñecas, o para una pollera, esta es mejor para un pantalón, etc… y junto…. Junto, las guardo en cajas clasificadas por lo que voy a ir haciendo, entonces tengo una caja de vestidos, una de remeras, otra de pantalones…. Y así lleno el placar… mi marido agradecido… dice que cuando nos mudemos (tenemos esa idea), me va a hacer un cuarto solo para mis artesanías….
Hace unos años dije: tengo que hacer vestidos de novia para las muñecas… me los imaginaba amplios, con puntillas o brodery, con el velo de tul…. Y los hice. Al poco tiempo tuve una desilusión, porque la mamé de una nena que me compró otros vestiditos, me dijo: mi nena vió los vestidos de novia, pero me dijo “ ¿para qué? Si total la Barbie no se va a casar”…. Y dije: claro, puede ser que a las nenas no les guste los vestidos de novia, son para un momento muy específico, quizás no sirven para jugar…. Pero seguí. Yo no soy madre de nenas y realmente a veces no se si entiendo bien como juegan hoy en día (es muy distinto a mi época). Luego varias mamás compraron los vestidos de novia y supe que si, hay nenas que les gusta imaginar esa situación, así que no estaba mal mi idea, debo seguir.

Before long I was disappointed, because the mother of a girl who bought me other little dresses told me: my baby saw the wedding dresses, but she said “why? If total the Barbie is not going to marry ”…. And I said: of course, it may be that the girls do not like wedding dresses, they are for a very specific moment, perhaps they are not good for playing…. But I continued. I'm not the mother of girls and sometimes I really don't know if I really understand how they play today (it's very different from my time). Then several moms bought the wedding dresses and I knew that yes, there are girls who like to imagine that situation, so my idea was not bad, I must continue.
