<center>This is one of my favorite bridges. Perhaps because I use it often or perhaps because I like the view as I am crossing from the Washington, DC metro area which is very urban, to the rural Eastern Shore, where my *funhouse is.* It is an instant change within those 4 short miles of bridge. I was surprised to read that people thought it was scary *because* it unnerves them to have low railings and be able to see the water as they are driving. There is actually a service that will drive you across in your own vehicle. When I Google scariest bridges, they were happy to give it up.</center>

Good morning @dswigle, I am scared to death of bridges, I avoid driving over them when possible. I am also afraid of heights, go figure. Thank goodness I have a driver when we go to the Florida Keys, it's beautiful, but @thebigsweed has to be at the wheel.
Always enjoy your posts with your poetry and flowers, thanks for sharing. You can keep the bridge, nice to look at but I will not be going over that one anytime soon.😊

I know so many that are afraid to drive over bridges, including one of my sisters. She would rather walk across and meet you at the other side. The seven-mile bridge in the keys so many people are wigged out by it, it must have to do with all the water and being narrow. It doesn't bother me and it is low enough that I don't mind it. Suspension bridges that I can almost feel?

Maybe a little hair raising in a windstorm. Actually not true. I have been on the wrong end of a bridge closing because of that. Boo!!!!

I am not overly scared of driving on bridges but I wouldnt say I am a fan of it either. The Mackinac Bridge seems pretty good to me. I never been on your bridge, but the one going from Ohio to Kentucky over the Ohio river on 71 is a bit sketchy to me!

Then you might not like the Chesapeake Bay Bridge (its official name) if you don't like that one. It has never frightened me, except when the truck went off it, straight into the Bay. I sat on the bridge for 7 hours a few cars back from the tragedy. 

The rails are real low, which is one of the reasons people find it scary. The Mackinac seems okay to me. I am not sure why it was voted one of the scariest. It doesn't even sway.  :))

We are not the physical human body, we are just/only in it, using it. Death does not really exists (only on the physical level, but that is not the real us). What people call death is just/only a transition. Most people felt incredible, undescribable love during their experience. And some claim that they knew the answers to everything during their experience. Some had the chance to choose between remain there, or go back to their physical bodies, while others had to come back to it.
