Ciao ragazzi!

Sono passate alcune settimane, potrei dire perfino alcuni mesi perchè non ho partecipato da un bel pò in questo contest #UntoBisunto ma in realtà in niente... Aprile e soprattutto maggio sono stati mesi impegnativi veramente e ho deciso di mettere le priorità della vita davanti a tutto, oppure a quasi tutto. Ma eccomi qui di nuovo dopo aver fatto ciò che dovevo fare e con voglia e un pochino di tempo per partecipare un'altra volta con voi! Infine devo dire che questo tema è molto bello per ricominciare a scrivere, e cercar di farlo in italiano! E penso a tutti i giorni e a tutte quelle piccole cose...

### Il Valore delle Piccole Cose 🇮🇹

_Quale sono le piccole cose?_ Ne potrei dire tante... E se comincio penso a questo momento, ad **avere un pò di tempo per me**, per sentire la brezza fresca che entra dalla finestra aperta in questi giorni quasi d'estate intanto gli uccelli cantano felici in un'altra mattina soleggiata. Avere questi minuti tranquilli, senza rumori di macchine, senza gridi di qualcuno in strada, senza dover uscire in fretta guardando l'orologio, senza sentire i nervi per un esame da dare, semplicemente mi godo le parole che scrivo con serenità e sorseggio la mia tazzina di caffè.

Sembra davvero qualcosa di irrilevante ma _il tempo è oro_ (questo lo diciamo anche in spagnolo) e dopo settimane di stress e con molto da fare, avere momenti per se stessa è qualcosa di valore certamente. E la serenità continua perchè scrivo e penso che non ho soltanto questi minuti liberi ma invece tutta la giornata, e infatti tutto il fine settimana, si, sembra anche qualcosa di abituale ma durante gli ultimi (quasi) tre anni non ho avuto sabati e domeniche tutte libere, per il lavoro, e nelle ultime settimane, quest'anno, dovevo studiare. Ma adesso la pausa è finalmente arrivata!

Credo che quando una persona abbia molte cose da fare, poi valuta di più appunto ciò che non ha potuto fare, cioè, fare proprio niente... E in qualche modo così mi è successo. Troppo andare e tornare in città tutti i giorni, tante lezione (da assistere e anche da fare per altri), altri impegni, questioni quotidiane, ecc. e poi settimane da consegnare compiti e da studiare in modo intensivo per dare gli esami che ne avevo e per avere un risultato soddisfacente, tanti obbiettivi raggiunti in poco tempo e ora posso fermarmi (anche se non totalmente fino al mese prossimo) senza rimorsi, tutto al contrario, ma con la sensazione di sollievo e ricompensa!

E come dicevo, **è ora della pausa**, guardo l'orologio senza interesse, perchè non importa, non succede nulla... e penso a ciò che farò appena finirò questo post ispirato. Andare al mare.

Si, andrò tra poco a sentire la brezza ma anche il bel sol, e perchè no, fare un tuffo nel nostro meraviglioso mare Mediterraneo, perchè essere vicino alla spiaggia e un altro regalo della vita, vero? Una cosa di valorizzare, e non tanto "piccola" cosa. E non penso più, non penso a quello che farò dopo oppure domani, non ho piani, e non avere piani, programmi e obblighi e un'altra piccola cosa che posso gradire a questo punto, avere la testa vuota, e fare soltanto quando ho voglia di fare qualcosa quasi in modo spontaneo, niente più.

Dopo tanto da fare, per molto tempo, poi quest'anno di studi, e gli esami ormai finiti, mi sento stanca ma è il miglior periodo per godersi il riposo meritato. **Il tempo per me, cioè la tranquillità, i giorni brillanti e il mare** sono alcune delle più belle piccole cose alle quale dò valore specialmente adesso, perchè mi ricaricano di energia, quella che mi mancava, mi fanno ritrovare la serenità e la felicità di questa bella vita che abbiamo!

Hi guys!!!

It's been a few weeks, I could even say a few months because I haven't participated for quite a while in this #UntoBisunto contest but really in nothing.... April and especially May have been busy months really and I decided to put life's priorities ahead of everything, or almost everything. But here I am again after doing what I had to do and with a desire and a little bit of time to participate one more time with you! Finally I have to say that this theme is very nice to start writing again, and trying to do it in Italian! And I think about all the days and all those little things....

### The Value of the Little Things 🇬🇧

_What are the little things?_ I could say so many... And if I begin I think of this moment, to have **some time to myself**, to feel the cool breeze coming in through the open window on these almost summer days while the birds sing happily on another sunny morning. To have these quiet minutes, with no noise of cars, no shouting of someone in the street, no having to rush out looking at the clock, no feeling the nerves of an exam to give, simply enjoying the words I write with serenity and sipping my cup of coffee.

It really seems like something unimportant but _time is gold_ (we say this in Spanish too) and after weeks of stress and with a lot to do, having moments for herself is something of value certainly. And the serenity continues because I write and think that I have not only these free minutes but instead the whole day, and in fact the whole weekend, yes, it also seems like something habitual but during the last (almost) three years I didn't have Saturdays and Sundays all free, because of work, and in the last weeks, this year, I had to study. But now the break is finally here!

I think when a person has many things to do, then she values more precisely what she could not do, that is, do anything at all.... And to some extent that's what happened to me. Too much going and coming back to the city every day, so many classes (to attend and also to do for others), other commitments, daily matters, etc., and then weeks to hand in homework and to study intensively to give the exams I had of it and to have a satisfactory result, so many goals achieved in a short time and now I can stop (though not totally until next month) without remorse, all backwards, but with the feeling of relief and reward!

And as I said, **it's time for the break**, I look at the clock without interest, because it doesn't matter, nothing happens... And I think about what I will do as soon as I finish this inspired post. Going to the sea.

Yes, I'm going in a little while to feel the breeze but also the beautiful sol, and why not, take a dip in our wonderful Mediterranean Sea, because being close to the beach is another gift of life, isn't it? A thing of valuing, and not so “little” thing. And I don't think anymore, I don't think about what I'm going to do next or tomorrow, I don't have any plans, and no plans, and no plans, and no obligations, and another little thing I can like at this point, to have an empty head, and to do only when I feel like doing something almost spontaneously, nothing more.

After so much to do, for a long time, then this year of studies, and the exams now over, I feel tired but it is the best time to enjoy the well-deserved rest. **Time for me, that is tranquility, bright days and the sea** are some of the most beautiful little things that I value especially now, because they recharge me with energy, the energy that I've been lacking, make me regain the serenity and happiness of this beautiful life we have!
