They tell us about changes, when everything is constantly changing. Sometimes faster than we can digest or assume, but we can't always do something, we can't avoid them, we have to face them or simply let them pass and enjoy them.

This is currently happening every time we look at the sky or when we leave the house, or also when we look out the window or what we feel inside our home, because it feels. **And now we feel that it is really hot**.

This is not relevant at all because spring advances inexorably, we see it when we observe how the flowers bloom madly, now they are in their splendor, at least many of them. But a few weeks ago it was nothing like that.

**A few weeks ago we complained about so much rain**, gray days and days, clouds and more clouds, and this panorama seemed to have no end. And we are not used to this, to those storm winds, to those intense storms and especially, to not seeing the sun for so many days.

But **suddenly everything has changed. The sun returned**, to what is in some way, its home, to our blue sky that accompanies us almost always. We missed it.

Now they tell us that **this weekend will be especially hot**, so we have gone from looking for a jacket or rain boots that I never decide to buy, to a quick change of clothes, directly shorts and flip flops. And also, directly to the beach, we have already bathed in the sea, we have felt the sun on our skin... oh, that vitamin D that we need so much.

Curiously, the same thing always happens, **now we complain that it is very hot**, it is the same as it is during the most intense weeks of summer, the sweat of these days and the temperature inside the house tells us clearly. **We feel it** in our body, we don't need to see a thermometer. And that sudden strong heat affects us, just like bad weather continuously, I already spoke in an article I wrote called ["Meteopathic"](https://ecency.com/hive-146620/@duvinca/meteopathic-meteopatica-eng-ita) that the weather influences us both physically and emotionally.

Perhaps emotionally we do not perceive it so much, on the contrary, how happy we are to be able to **enjoy bright and sunny days again, days full of energy**. But that energy vanishes due to the sudden change, the body must get used to it and it feels strange. But it will pass.

Everything comes and passes, and while we'll put on the fan if necessary or the air conditioning, I'll look for my fans (hand fans, Spanish abanicos)... **Now today Saturday or tomorrow Sunday we can go to the beach**, cool off in the sea, we'll close our eyes while we feel those hot sun rays, feeling a drop of sweat that runs down our back or across our forehead. More moments to spend on a terrace drinking something cool. A change of atmosphere, environment and habits. And who knows, also of other things.

Then **we will only have to wait for everything to change again**, but we must take advantage of each different moment, without thinking much more, without complaining so much, just **enjoy more and better of all the good things we have now**, until the next change...

**The heat is here**, it has arrived almost unexpectedly, it's true, it's hot, yes, but it's fine, it's what it is now nothing more... Just enjoy as much as possible this weekend!
