The main reason people don’t believe in delayed gratification is that they think that what is giving them money now will still be giving them money in the future. I have seen many instances where people earning so much money today and hustling stop paying them the way they used to. I know a friend who had a lot of money in 2019 and 2021. In that short period, this guy built a house, traveled to different countries within that time. Fast forward to today, things have changed. The hustle that is giving him money is not paying the way it used to, This guy has been spending a lot of money and he is used to their lifestyle, he was forced to sell most of the things he owned and now this, my friend is very broke.
