 *** *** Hello everyone, today I’ll be talking about how people should stop seeking validation from others, especially on social media. It is very common these days for people to seek validation even from people they don’t know. One thing about people who seek validation is that they don’t know that they give people they are seeking validation from power over them and unknowingly them they are also questioning their self-worth. One thing I have always done is to live according to my terms and not to what others think of me. I don’t like to live according to people's expectations, especially on social media. Social media is a very toxic place when it comes to things like this. And you see people who aren’t even living up to your values and standards criticize you for living your life on your own terms. Live your life in a good way and on your terms. Don’t wait to seek validation from anyone. Be so Confident in yourself. Every one of us is unique In our own way. Remove yourself from the shackles of low self-esteem. Embrace your own self and stop seeking validation. The truth is that seeking validation comes from low self-esteem and insecurity. Some people are so big on validations that they allow society media likes on their posts to be an approval of them actually living life which is not supposed to be like that. When you seek validation from others, you are simply asking them to define your worth and allowing them to take charge of how you live your life. know your value deep down. Please, break free from seeking validations and start by noticing when you seek approval. In conclusion, focus on yourself. Trust your own decisions, accept your flaws, and celebrate your successes. Live your life in a good way on your terms and values, not because of what others think. Take charge of your own life, be true to yourself, and live a true life. Stop looking for validations. Look within and discover your self. Love yourself.
