Philip sat on a log of wood wondering why he had been enrolled in an elite school, he couldn't bear the mockery and humiliation he received from his follow students. His parents had died when he was still little to know of his family background but he had assumed his family was poor looking at the status of his uncle who finds it difficult to pay his school fees,beside he was known to be the only students who pays his school fee when every other students have paid. Ahead of him were group of students laughing and pointing his direction, it became persistent that he had to check to notice his trouser was wore, he bow his head in shame.

He had gone to adjust his tore trouser in his change room when a student visited him with a letter. "I believe it's high time I told you the truth about your parent, meet me in the old pack where we always met" the letter read. For a while, philip wondered what possibly his grandfather wanted to tell him about his family, he couldn't think of anything, he had always believe he was from a poor family. That evening philip hurried to the old pack to meet with his grandfather. He was happy to see how strong and grown up philip had become, "My son, am sorry it took you This long for me to discuss this with you" he paused and took a sip of his coffee as if to give him time to allow thoughts run in his mind. 
" Your father was a billionaire, he left behind $70 billion dollars from all his enterprise, the day he died, he told me to allow you learn about the life of those in lack, so it could teach you compassion ,then teach you wisdom to be able to handle his inheritance" his grandfather told him.

Philip surprised but unmoved answered him "this could only be a joke, severally I have seen you borrow money from my uncle to help clear your bills, we possibly couldn't  have such amount and you still stay in debt"

" No my son, the man you call uncle was your dad's secretary, I disguised every payment he makes as of a borrow to keep this secret from you" he stretched out $200 million dollars to philip "take this, how you spend this will determine if you would inherit your father's possession or not, if you make nothing from it, then you wouldn't have possession of your father's will, use it wisely".

Philip though excited knew he had a greater tax ahead to make good use of the money, at first he had thought to show the rich boys how wealthy his family had been too and exert revenged on them but that would cost him lavishing the money and loosing his inheritance. As much as he wanted the school to notice his new changed state, he also thought of the future. He decided to stay unnoticed and thought of business ideas that could fetch him greater profit and his grandfather's trust. Within a short moment he established a business involved in import and export, it started out well until bandits robbed his merchants in one of the journeys. His lost became much and he had just $3 million dollars left to make decision from it. He seem to lost all hope, he couldn't think of what to start with the sum but he never wanted his grandfather to loose his trust on him. 

At the cool of the evening, philip decided to walk down the street, he had been blocked out of business ideas that could save him the future. 7km from his street,he saw a mechanic shop, though small but the shop seems to be doing well. "He could start up something like this" he thought , been a mechanic engineering student was an added means to why opening a mechanic shop will be best. He enquired of the startup capital and in a short while the shop was running. Gradually it grew  while enlarging the business and in two years time, he had become an owner of a mechanic village , earning huge from the various operations carried out there.

At the end of the fifth year, the grandfather visited and was proud of what has become of his grandson. "This is what your father had wanted for you, to become independent and strive without putting your trust in your father's belonging. You have made money work for you, money is a master over you when you allow it do, but now am proud of what you've become".
