Today I was handed a piece of paper. It was a joyous occasion as I had had been waiting for this pink paper all freaking day. This paper is worth more than gold in most peoples eyes, yet I aimlessly throw it in my car to be devoured! This car of mine has a way of just swallowing anything up! You name it, empty mason jars, kids shoes to even diapers! Just kidding but on second thought maybe... I bet you're wondering what the point of this whole story is? Well, I am too let's try and find it! I was telling you how very important this piece of pink paper was. This pink paper is so important that it can determine my location for the day and even has my phone number on it. I used to take offense and get mad over the extra set of info requested, but now I gladly fill it out just in case there's one person out there who I haven't pissed off to call me. This pink paper will determine my next work call whether it's from home or not. Anymore id rather be at home raising my children. In any case, if you haven't guessed by now it's my pink slip. Everyday im hired and fired as a oncall union employee. Bare with me though even though I'm a senior 14-year member im in a right to work state. All that means is contracts don't mean anything and you have more rights employed directly by a company.
