ULog #17: Sway My Way

Finally.......I can finally make another post before I go to sleep tonight!

I was a little exhausted tonight because my family and I went to the mall this afternoon. When we got back home, I've made sure that everything I needed to do were done, and my two little kids were asleep already before I made another video for this post.

I played _Sway_ of Bic Runga that has challenged me earlier. _Lol._ I chose this song because it was requested by my sister, @evlachsblog, and also, it's one of the songs I love to sing in _Karaoke_. 

No matter how many times I practiced playing this one, I admit it was really hard each time I try. I don't know if I'm just tired, or it's my voice, the guitar chords itself, or all of the above. Haha! Honestly, I didn't know the chords at the end, its outro. What really matters is that I tried (so don't be hard on yourself, @dynamicshine. Hehe!). Nevertheless, I enjoyed it so much, especially my eldest daughter, who were still awake at that time, was also having fun listening to me. When she was about to sleep, she said goodnight and gave me a hug. It felt like I was going to compete in a singing contest and she's there to support me. Haha. Such a sweet young lady, isn't she?

I hope you liked this video. I apologize for the lighting here, though, because I can only play at night most of the time. (Plus, we are saving some electricity hehe.)

Thank you for playing that song. It was my request because "Sway" reminds me of you because like you said, it is your favourite song to sing in Karaoke. So everytime I hear it on the radio, or I play my CD, or sing it in Karaoke, I always think of you, and think how much I miss you and my niece (well, I haven't got to hold the other two, so maybe if I had, then I'd miss them, too.)

Again, keep strumming and steeming!!! You're amazingly talented!!! I'm proud of you!

Thanks sis. I really love this song and I thank you for requesting it because I have been thinking about what's going to be the next one I'm gonna play. I couldn't believe that I forgot it. Maybe if we have karaoke here, I would've remembered it. Haha. That's number 1 in my list. But right now, I have some couple ones that I'm planning to play for my next posts. 😊
