Dacryopinax Spathularia, Unique Spatula Shaped Jelly Mushroom

This is a jelly mushroom or also known as gelatin mushroom, usually it is shaped like a tablespoon, but the mushroom I am sharing this time is more like a fork.  Usually we find this mushroom growing on wood, it is bright yellow and orange in color, from what I read on Wikipedia it is also explained that this type of mushroom can be eaten anywhere and is usually processed as an additional ingredient in food.
