Definitely in both a head and shoulders and a falling wedge - which makes it pretty neutral.
Current trend is obviously down.
Basically - it's about which of those purple lines break first.
The lower one will be the neckline in the event of a breakdown - and the HnS will play out.
If the upper one breaks - the HnS is invalid and the falling wedge will play out.
