It seems all eyes have been on the Security and Exchange Commission for the past 4 years because of the lawsuit they have been in with Ripple. News is coming out that one of the heads of the SEC has a daughter and that daughter was Sam Bankman Fried’s girlfriend. Are your eye browse up yet? Because it is possible that SEC knew all about what has been going on in FTX and kept it to themselves but for 4 years they have continued to use Ripple as a scapegoat.

This creates the space for conflict of interest and can build a strong case for XRP in this current climate.

The court case has been about is XRP is security or not but these are claims that can be made about almost 90% of the whole crypto market. In fact, a win for XRP in these court cases will mean that the SEC will leave all the other cryptocurrencies on the market for a very long time. At this time we have found a silver bullet and that silver bullet are incriminating documents. Those are the documents of Hinman and it is possible that these documents (emails) have the potential to open a new case against the SEC and it is not going to be pretty it will be worth avoiding according to lawyers who are analyzing the case. There is a lot to prove of conflict of interest in this case and that is not the way the SEC would want this to end and it is possible that settlements may be in coming soon.

XRP has gone up by 18% in the last few weeks in the wake of this SEC case realization even with the general crash.

Another thing to consider is the SEC’s case with Blockify and the $100 million settlement. After the case, it was noted that Blockfy had received a loan of $ 250 million from FTX (customer funds). If this is the case has the money come through and if so is the source of that money the now-bankrupt FTX?

The future of XRP Bitboy speculates that the coin may replace meme tokens.
