You can’t compare Apples to Oranges anymore cause Apples can save you evidently

For the first time, some who needed Apple’s emergency satellite option have utilised this feature for location detection while being stuck in the snow out in Alaska. He was out on his snowmobile with his iPhone 14.

The Alaska state troopers received the emergency notification and sent those who were close by to go and check the location out. The trooper was very impressed by the accuracy of the location that was sent. The alert was said to be “Accurate and Complete”.

This feature is made exclusively for those who use iPhone 14 and can be used even when there is no cellular network or Wifi available.

Most of those who have been using this Alert feature has not been doing so on purpose because when you ski the device's crash detection is triggered and can lead to an alert being sent to the authorities. These alerts are mostly noted around ski resorts.

The crash detection was recently fixed because the triggers were also being set off by rollercoster rides.

Imagine being a police officer and you get an alert every time people have fun on a rollercoaster ride.

Apple is currently valued at $2.3 trillion and it is around the lowest it has been trading for all month. The market closed at $147.87 this Friday. For a big market like this, it will take much more than news about its emergency alert system to take it to its highs. At the end of last month, it was trading at around $153.43.

It is possible that other operating systems will soon take advantage of this tech especially when they work out the kinks in it.

It will be cool for patterns to be noted when a person is being robbed also but I doubt technology will get to the point of noticing aggression in people's voices. But with AI growing the way it is and Elon's brain chip who knows where the world of tech will take us next.

The sentiment around Apple is still a lot depending on the iPhone sales and since those are in danger (China lockdowns of Apple supplier factories, possible lower consumer spendings) the stock price is under pressure.
But I am sure this will clear within the next year and Apple price will rise again. 📈
