Hola! Espero que estén todos muy bien! 

Este fue el entrenamiento del jueves, estuvo súper! Nadamos 2100mts entre los 4 estilos e hicimos correcciones de patadas. Uno de los ejercicios de corrección consistía en hacer 50mts de patada con tabla en estilo, comenzando con mariposa, luego espalda y finalmente pecho y regresar con la misma patada invertida, es decir, con el cuerpo al revés. Por primera vez en mi vida desde que nado hice patada invertida de pecho, fue súper raro patear en este estilo boca arriba, tragué agua mientras le agarraba el ritmo (cosa que no es muy agradable 😝), estuvo chévere hacer algo que jamás había hecho y que de hecho no sabía que se hacía para mejorar en este estilo jaja loco no?

Lo que más me gusta de estos ejercicios es sentir el trabajo en las piernas y en el core, por lo menos en mariposa se siente en el abdomen, mientras que en espalada sientes los cuádriceps arder jajaja. Me encanta cuando el entrenador se pone creativo 😁, aunque al momento no tanto jaja

Tampoco sabía que existía esa modalidad. Me hiciste recordar los entrenamientos de mi hijo mayor hace muchos años. Es una lástima que luego no quisiera seguir practicando.

Bueno, a veces las cosas no nos gustan para siempre, este deporte es bello aunque no es atractivo para todo el mundo, lo importante es saber nadar y seguro que él aprendió 😉
