All I did was update my photo

X put my account immediately “under review” for 2 weeks

i've noticed today (on 2 different users posts) that when opening gallery to view pictures, the pics are off-centred and very difficult to view.

Also, i wonder if RC is used when uploading pictures?

I think rc shouldn't be used based on the fact that images are hosted centralized on hive. U might have noticed images behaving differently on different front-ends. Since image uploading is a centralized operation, it shouldn't cost any rc.

I wish to be correct on this one. Hehe

Vacation is a great choice, considering it will even contain food, accommodation plus entertainment.  And the ability to just go from one destination to another for free is an offer unmatchable from the given options above.

I will get free fuel for life. Imagine how much I will make my selling this? Fuel is easy to distribute come to medical care and vocations r for self only. Food gets expired too and hard to manage. Fuel empire ⛽

I chose the fuel because it is very expensive and If this happens, half of our vacation expenses will be reduced (in our personal car)  and my dream of long drive will be fulfilled.

But free vacation means you won't need to spend money on fuel .

Free food.
At least I will get to eat well.
Food cost is quiet expensive, I mean good food.
And once I eat well I will be healthy, and can eat different delicacies feeling I am on vacation.
And will have more strength to do more work.

I try to avoid getting there the best I can but if I ever get into a space like that I just try to ride it out and let it happen. If I try to fight it, it creates more internal conflict which can be draining

That works for me too😊

Sometimes, I try to chill out and take things very lightly. Other times, I pour out my heart to a trusted friend or a family member, or I just visit a new place to feel refreshed and regain my energy.

That's amazing.

I can totally relate to this.
Because I do try most of these things.

I listen to emotional songs 😃😩

I have several strategies, depending on how deep it has fallen:

- Write. Although I then throw the paper in the trash, the important thing is to get negative thoughts out of your mind.

- Go for a walk. If it can be close to nature, it’s better. I walk until I run out of strength. And I’ll come back better.

- Wait. Let the day go by, taking advantage of it to do something I like even if I don’t feel like it. I let it be the sleep of the night that calms the pain. The next day everything looks better.

- I also need to talk to someone I trust or listen to relaxing music.

Set up a deck for notifications! I have my notifications deck right beside my Waves deck. It's sortable so that I can change it to see replies or mentions or re-blogs or whatever I want without leaving my notifications deck.

Or the other option is when you are in Decks you can go to the side bar menu and click on the bell with the red dot, tight under your profile icon. You can also open your wallet there. The icon for wallet is just above the blue Waves pencil.

It's nice to remind people for those who don't know how to make waves on browser 🙂

Decks is pretty amazing too and you can see your Decks from your mobile device by going to Ecency. com

Watching the daily Ecency Leaderboard to see which Wavers are moving up towards to top! Prizes for the Top 10 each week!

I don't know how they have so big storage of power. Mine gets up between 9 and 10 (I have stuff to do at work) doesn't sleep in the afternoon and still is awake until 1-2 in the morning. I think that I don't have a toddler .... Perhaps "disco boy" because at around 10 pm he loves to sing with the top of his lungs, and dance ...

I like having it in a phone app. Web is fine but it’s much added to onboard new people. Leo is doing well and ecency is doing well

Almost two weeks on a low sugar diet+lemon water detox (10pm-10am fasting). I feel that it’s much easier to see how my habits affect my body than it was before. Stretching is more effective and I can easily feel which foods are good/bad for me.

Sounds pretty good - always got back to bad habits after 4 weeks 🙈

Overall I feel less numb and less bloated after cutting sugar/carbs in half.

Fix sleeping disorder. I do it by early morning walks and sleeping early. Sometimes I sleep for extra or less hours. A fixed sleeping routine also helps. It tells the brain it's sleep time. Don't do trading, it messes up your sleep. Spend time more with family/friends/pets. Buy blind folds.

I can keep going forever but it's harder to follow in practical life.
