This is the real start of @armero Sanitorium's adventure's in the realm of dCity, with the first kickback dividend payment.  The automation is complete so let's talk about what to expect while holding ARMERO - dCities first corporate megacity that **YOU CAN BE A PART OF!**


Because we are distributing liquid HIVE instead of Swap.HIVE, we are limited at the chain level by the so-called 'hivetoshi'.  This is the current minimum amount of HIVE, and although this can be edited by the community in the future, it is taken at 3 decimal places to be a simplifying mechanism.  So our hivetoshi is 0.001 and that is the minimum amount we can give if we want to respect each ARMERO token.

As you might notice, a lot of this city is owned by me, sure, but its also true that many people are now involved, including the participants of LABFUND, who got a nice [airdrop into the project](https://peakd.com/hive-140217/@ecoinstant/labfund-airdrop-complete-2-armero-sim-bond-tokens-per-each). We have holders all the way down to 1 ARMERO token, and this is what makes tokenization of a project like this so much fun.  People can have any level of exposure that makes sense to them, to feel entertained, to have skin in the game.  



The ARMERO project has taken the next step in its collaboration with the Synergy Fund team, in order to make the creative automation that makes this all possible.  Let me see if I can break it down for you all how cool this is, but let's work backwards - its ends with a post, on @ecoinstats, we have negotiated the following beneficiary relationship with our reports:  @ecoinstats 50%, @armero 40% and @thecrazygm 10%.

So this posting will actually help us accumulate a bit more HP (@armero only has 5 at the moment) and some HBD, which can be used to buy HIVE for rewards or for many other uses to stabilize the value on the account, even including the 20% APR Savings Account.

@armero continues to accumulate liquid HIVE until it has enough to make a distribution.  We take the outstanding tokens, subtract what armero has on hand, and multiply by 0.001 - so you could say these are integer only divs, your fractions of an ARMERO token will not receive payouts.  Because @ecoinstats already has the dCity digest in this posting slot on Mondays and Fridays - its only on Weekends and Tuesday through Thursday that the poster checks to see if it has enough liquid HIVE to give out 0.001 per token - a hivetoshi.

If it can, it does - forever.  Let's take a look at the current cashflows on the account to see how frequently this thing might be popping off:

Looks like we are tracking about 3.82 HIVE per day based on our two sources of income, Holding Rewards and Ranking Rewards.  At about 114 Hive per month, this means that we are looking at just about 2 of these payouts per month as we get started.


While Ranking rewards are super dominant in the mix right now, they will likely gradually shrink, both in size and relative importance over time.  While we can continue to grow in Population and Education rewards, ranking always faces an upper limit. But our holding rewards will continue to grow over time and will come to dominate the flows on this account.

Just as ARMERO will likely come to be a powerful force in SIM governance.

@armero almost has one million SIM into the pool already, and over 300 SWAP.HIVE along with it.  If we manage this as permanent liquidity, this is a powerful bond.  The lower the price of SIM goes, the more of it we will have, the more we will come to dominate the game's governance.  We are currently next to nothing compared to a large roster of SIMClub millionaire members, but within a month we will be in the club and will keep growing without limit.

But behind the scenes we will be growing stronger than ever, becoming more powerful and influential.
