## MOON Goes Supernova with First On-Chain Mission

Our innovative free-to-play browser game is thrilled to announce the launch of its first-ever on-chain mission, "ATTACK!"

With this gameplay feature, we leverage the power of the HIVE blockchain to deliver rewards to players of all levels and rankings, regardless of investment, cementing MOON's position as a pioneer in the play-and-earn gaming ecosystem.

Starting today and running for the next four days, all MOON players are invited to participate in Mission: ATTACK! – a limited-time event that rewards strategic gameplay with both in-game currency and "on-chain rewardification". Notice the creation of "earning pathways" regardless of player experience or ranking.

## On-Chain Rewardification: You know you want some!


We believe that gaming should be accessible to everyone, and we also want to offer real earning potential; this is the first step into blockchain-verified gameplay rewards, where players' actions are permanently recorded on the HIVE blockchain, creating transparent proof of achievement that can translate to real value.  This is on top of our sustainable tokenomic model, more of which will be revealed as the weeks go on.

## How Mission: ATTACK! Works

The premise is simple yet strategically deep:

1. **Launch an attack on another player's base** - Must have defenses! - Players of any level can participate, each player will be eligible with the first successful attack they post.
2. **Post proof of successful attack** as a comment reply to the official mission announcement on the HIVE blockchain - Include a link to your battle report and ideally leave us a screen shot of the results as well!
3. **Receive rewards** = get an upvote on your comment!

** Note: Due to how VP works, speed will be a factor.  You can choose to be fast, or plan with friends for the pizzabits.

Each player is eligible to submit on the blockchain one attack for upvote, with additional bounties available for strategic gameplay (bounties can be earned multiple times by helping your friends):

- **Base Reward**: Every verified successful attack (limit one per player) earns upvote!
- **ACS Bonus**: An additional 1,500 Pizzabit bounty for successful Allied Command System (ACS) attacks, divided among all participating attackers.
- **Elite Target Bonus**: A substantial 3,000 Pizzabit bounty for successfully attacking a top-6 ranked player
- **Maximum Potential**: Players can earn up to 4,500 Pizzabits from a single attack by coordinating with allies to take down a top-ranked opponent.

## Strategic Teamwork: The Power of ACS Attacks

The Mission: ATTACK! event particularly highlights MOON's strategic Allied Command System (ACS), which enables players to coordinate attacks with friends or alliance members for greater strategic impact and reward potential.

The beauty of ACS attacks lies in their ability to level the playing field, even smaller accounts can participate meaningfully in taking down more powerful opponents by coordinating with others. With this mission, there's now an additional incentive to form these strategic partnerships, or activate ones already formed.

Players can organize ACS attacks both within established alliances or create ad-hoc teams specifically for this mission.  This collaborative gameplay not only increases reward potential but also fosters community building among players of all experience levels.  But act fast - this mission ends in 4 days!



## A Season of Innovation

Mission: ATTACK! arrives as MOON continues to evolve its seasonal structure, which keeps gameplay fresh by introducing new challenges and opportunities. As players and the universe progresses toward the end-game win condition of Graviton Research Level 1, all players are contributing to the evolution of the game's universe, ensuring that MOON remains dynamic and engaging for all participants.


## TL; DR - How to Participate

Participating in Mission: ATTACK! is straightforward:

1. Log into MOON during the next four days (April 28 - May 2, 2025)
2. Coordinate and Launch an attack on another player's base who has defense structures.
3. Reply to the official mission announcement post on the HIVE blockchain with your attack proof (include LINK at a minimum, ideally screen shot as well).
4. Receive verification and rewards based on your achievement
