Ok, so full disclosure i have voted for this proposal.   Mostly because it is clear to me that you have been and currently are seeking to better hive in many ways from many directions.  So i choose to support supporters.
That being said, you are asking for critiques.
I have heard you say in podcasts, spell it out like you are explaining to a 5 year old.   
Have you done that here?   
Whats a BEEM? How does it help me a simple blogger?
Who wears a Redhat and why?
Why do i want an auto-badger… dont they bite, might they not be rabid?

Although I don't have the depth of knowledge to make a very rigorous analysis of your proposal, I believe in the value of the rest of the members of your team and in the suitability of many who voted for the proposal.

People like antisocialist, bozz, brianoflondon, good-karma, buttcoins, c0ff33a, vaultec, friendlymoose, meno, derangedvisions, seckorama, edicted, among many others, also want the best for HIVE. 

Maybe with all this setup I can get the HIVE PHOTO MAGAZINE flipbook running inside PEAKD (or another one).  [We're already on our third issue](https://peakd.com/@cryptoreforma/hive-photo-magazine-no-3) ;)

Or, in the near future, get [virtual photo galleries](https://artspaces.kunstmatrix.com/en/exhibition/13208918/street-photography-2024) inside HIVE. It's nothing more than a big gallery (HIVE PHOTO GALLERY), in a second live environment, where visitors can choose the gallery corresponding to the photographic genre they're looking for (examples: landscape, portrait, street photography, etc, etc). The galleries would be made up of photographs published in photographic communities. Every seven days, all the content would be changed. 

We'll talk about it a day later. In the meantime, as we're in a blockchain and on-chain environment, here's the patent for the idea registered 😃 🤣

I really respect the way you keeping things clear about the budget Mr Eco. Good stuff for Hive devs and with all these projects, Hive most certainly has brighter tomorrow

So here are some reminders of my comments on the other issues, plus some more:

1. I am not sure what 'support staff skills' means. I thought originally you were intending to use that money to pay other people to do support tasks, but the use of the word 'skills' seems to imply some sort of training for yourselves, is that correct? I think you need to explain why you are asking for $11,000 here.
1. You talk about operating a for-profit organisation and possibly taking some of the funds and investing them into a company. I don't recall you defining what exactly Hive users will get for free, what they will pay for and how much they will pay. This will be a sticking point for many people as they might see that they are paying twice.
1. As I mentioned previously, I am not really clear on the need for an invoicing module when we already have several for free. I think you need to really specify why yours is needed and beneficial.
1. I personally don't vote for the existing badge system run by arcange, because I think the money can be much better used to develop more powerful tools - so I am not inspired by another badging system.

So for me personally, sitting like a guy on 'shark tank' listening to an elevator pitch - the only parts that interest me are that you are wanting to write open source (Somehow for profit) code that benefits Hive and that you are upgrading Beem. I totally agree that Hive's code frameworks need updating (and documenting well), but it seems like you want to direct resources to many things other than Beem, so I have no idea how much of your requested funds would actually go to Beem or whether it would be good value.

For what it's worth, I personally see the following as the most pressing tasks for community development on Hive:

1. Improving Ecency's codebase for use in breakaway communities.
2. Improving the open source libraries for Hive to attract outside developers and support existing ones.
3. Creating/Writing a large amount of up to date documentation and promotional material for existing and new developers to sell them on Hive and more importantly to educate them on how to develop on Hive.
