Everything depends on your goals.  The very objective reality itself depends on the very subjective understanding of 'what are you trying to do?'.  

Based on your goals, the world is divided between things that support that goal (allies), things that detract from that goal (enemies), and things that are neutral (npcs).  This is psychology, but my understanding of brain science tells me that its true even on the physical level of biology.  

So if you try to make a lot of money, and you are successful, you are happy.  Goal achieved.  Next goal?

## More money or how to spend your money?

I keep thinking that what we are doing here is changing the world.  

There is no arguing with me that the world is not a wonderful place.  That so many people are convinced that it is going to shit really is worrying me.  The world isn't going to shit, but it seems like a lot of people are.  Why?  Stop it!  Let's keep building a better world system!

Seriously, the solutions are starting to take shape.

I was talking to my dad, and recommended he read @edicted's blog, but then @edicted started going off the rails about this ragnarok game.  So let me curate a bit of '@edicted theory' for him and any of you followers who want to catch up on some 'crypto-optimist' theories.  Keep in mind he is mostly crazy and frequently wrong about timing, and he knows both of these things, it just doesn't stop him from actually thinking about where things are going.

So that's the basic 'Crypto fixes this' course in finance.  It's okay, I'll wait.

Personally I have been studying and working on regenerative agriculture with agroforestry systems for almost a decade now. Its a completely unrelated field from tech and finance but I just know that its going to change the world.

It already is.

People are already slowly implementing new techniques up to their own levels of understanding.  All around the world millions of farmers are testing and checking new solutions all the time.  

If this 'revolutionary feeling' was only true of finance and agriculture, it would have all it needs to completely upend our social order.  But governance is on the verge of revolution as well.  The very essential way we band together as communities, voluntary associations and groups is both under assault and undergoing massive experimentation.


## We are changing the world

What do you do with the money?  I know you can stake it, and farm it, and flip it, and put it in stables to buy the dip (so-called 'stabling').  You can also invest it.  

And investing it in productive projects seems like a really smart thing to do for me.

See I think that there might be some 'volatility' in more than just the financial markets.  So many humans are convinced things are going to shit that they just might start fighting each other to make sure it comes true.  That's the law of attraction for you.  

But I just want to build.  Not just token wealth, I want to build productive enterprises - I want to build productive COMMUNITIES.

## Builders gonna Buidl.

Its no coincidence that I moved to a geographically isolated, underdeveloped location to support local development through environmental and technological innovation.  I think we have a solid chance to industrialize and develop this region along a 'new and improving' model.  This was the plan all along, although I am just starting to see now that all of the pieces are coming together.


The next step will be our [ECOBANK resort hotel](https://peakd.com/hive-167922/@ecoinstant/ecobank-token-model).  We already have the land, a great location right on the main road, a good view, nice flowing water and plenty of flat spots with rocky ground to build on.  

We want to sell a token, absorb a small fraction of the crypto wealth out there, and build some infrastructure, 7 modules that can be used to establish a cash flow and start planning events, inviting guests and developing further.

Because of the prime location, we will be able to open up a PIT (punto de informacion turistico) for the a large region.  This is basically a place where people can stop and see what are the 'things they can do' in the area.  Since we are also a bilingual and multi-currency project, we have much to offer the growing tourist network of this region, and they have much to offer us in terms of fun packages to sell to our visitors.  


Maybe I am getting ahead of myself to imaging a productive and healthy crypto community hidden in the mountains of some remote continent, little concerned about ukraine or tawain or covid or climate change, but massively concentrated on creating positive change by supporting development along multiple spectrums.


## What are we doing here again?

That depends on your goals.  Some people think that on HIVE people are 'making money on their posts'.  And maybe for some low effort posts, that's all that's happening.  But when I go around HIVE and read good ideas, projects like @brianoflondon's proposal [That still needs funding](https://peakd.com/hive-110369/@brianoflondon/v4vapp-updates-ongoing-funding-proposal-for-the-btc-lightning-to-hive-bi-directional-bridge), I see that its not just me.

So many people are building the world they want to see.  The layers and the platforms and the testing and the building, its coming along.  We are going to connect into a layer of technological and financial existence never before known.

And I might add, soon to be linked back into the physical world with land and other productive enterprises.  I doubt ECOBANK is the first and I definitely know it won't be the last.  

We are literally going to build OVER THE TOP OF all the shit people are worried about.  Just build over the top of governments, banks and borders.  Its already happening.  

Tomorrow was yesterday and today looks better than ever!
