### Hello beautiful beings!!
### Wecome to another week's curation post! Wow that week went fast! I am still really busy with all my courses and we are still picking olives everyday too!
### We are blessed to still have beautiful sunshine but it is definitely getting colder!
### I started my Thai massage course this week and I thoroughly enjoyed it we started with feet and now I have to practice on 6 different people per week for the next 3 weeks, as well as learning the main muscles in the body, where they are and how they work. 
### I can notice a difference in my confidence speaking Portuguese and I am over the moon about it!! The one on one classes are really doing wonders!
### I am thoroughly enjoying my breathwork teacher training and one of the beautiful practices I feel I am really benefitting from is daily journaling, morning and evening. 
### In the morning I write down 3 things I am thankful for, how this will be a great day and one thing I must accomplish today. 
### In the evening I write down the following
-What did I achieve today
-How am I actually feeling right now?
-The 3 great things that happened today
-What I am grateful for
-What lessons I have learned
-How I could have improved
### I really love this practice as It has personally helped me slow down and helped me to prioritise and has put things into perspective. When I read back it helps me to really reflect.

I have been living off grid for one year now, and I have learned to live without a lot of the modern niceties we are used to having. But, I will not live without hot water!

Of course, I could live without hot water, but I sure don't want to. What I have learned to do is live with less hot water than I used to.

Sunday the hubs and I got to go on a fantastic outing with some dear friends. As we were gone from morning til night, I should have known that something awesome was going to greet us when we got home. It's like Murphy's Farm Law. An example of this is when I left on a two month long road trip one year, while stuck in rush hour traffic in Las Vegas, my horse decided to get out back home. Like the second day we were gone. It is inevitable.

That said, the kids fed everybody on Sunday, so I wasn't worried. They aren't as OCD as I am when feeding, but they are competent at the task, so I wasn't too worried about a moopacolypse.

The Human being always seeks acceptance, and sometimes we can translate it into “finding love”, because if you recognize me as a living being, respects my emotions and accepts me as I am, that's mean that you connected with my true essence demonstrating a form of love: "I empathize with you because I recognize you, I value and enjoy your presence”.

It sounds like I was one of many who decided not to go out shopping yesterday. I heard on the local repeater that most stores were empty by mid day, the Valley mall had no traffic control and hardly anyone in the parking lot. Everyone is shopping online or waiting for today for small business Saturday it would seem.
