In February, I wrote: [Dead altcoins were more profitable than Bitcoin](https://steemit.com/crypto/@edb/dead-altcoins-were-more-profitable-than-bitcoin). Here's an update for Tuesday, March 27, exactly one year after the Altcoin Obituaries website was published. Although altcoins in general are having a bad time, this collection was still twice as profitable as Bitcoin (including the forks Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Private). Feathercoin replaced Steem as one of the four above-average coins.

By the way, my article from February is now shown on the first page when you Google or Bing `altcoin obituaries`. That's the power of Steemit! Or it could be because I posted multiple links on Reddit and Twitter, but I'm not sure [whether they count](https://www.reddit.com/r/SEO/comments/6bv5to/do_reddit_posts_count_as_dofollow_links/) for search engines. It's [more complicated](https://moz.com/blog/google-bing-confirm-twitter-facebook-influence-seo) than 'nofollow links are ignored'.
