Hello EDS'ers. Today is the day we issue the EDS weekly report to keep all your guys up to date and let you know how things are going.

#### What are EDS tokens?

EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the @eddie-earner account. This is currently paying out an APY to token holders of over 25%.

**(Example of how the HIVE income pool is worked out)**
- EDS is pegged to 1 HIVE per token
- 12% of over 53,000 HIVE POWER pays out (53000*12/52.18) 121.88 per week
- 24,900 EDS in circulation each yield (121.88/24900) 0.0048 HIVE per week
- 0.0048 each week for 1 year (52.18) equals 0.255 HIVE
- 1 EDS pays out a HIVE income of roughly 25.5% per year

EDS tokens launched with a hardcap of 500,000 and a public sale of 20,000 tokens each issued for 1 HIVE each. The only way to mint new EDS tokens is by owning and staking either EDS miners (EDSM) are EDS mini miners (EDSMM) tokens. These miners when full issued and staked will yield a 20% minimum ROI per year.    

EDS converts all earnings, airdrops, tribe tokens into HIVE. This account is 100% focused on powering up as much HIVE as possible. It's just that single-minded.  This projects weekly saving club content is run by @shanibeer and wallet by @silverstackeruk both on behalf of SPinvest. This is a long term project and should be viewed as a token to stack up and HODL. By some miners, let them mint you some EDS tokens, build a pile and collect weekly HIVE dividends. In other words, bu some EDSM miners and forget about it. Add a few every week/month and watch your EDS pile grow. You can also buy EDS directly from the market, if you add a buy order for any amount at 1 HIVE each, it'll get filled. It might take a few days but it'll get filled as some miners like to sell their mining rewards right away to lock in them profits.

Another week has passed and things are going well. In fact, things are going so well, I think that we can mint another 12,500 EDSMM tokens as there seems to be demand there. More about this in the roundup at the bottom. 

Things are going well, as predicted and planned. The EDS APY is still over 30%, it's dropping by no more than 0.2% per week and this is based on pure minimum income. Based on the model, it'll take 6 months to drop from 30% to 25%  if left on autopilot.

With each week, there are around 196 more EDS added. This will change as i plan to mint more EDSMM. This number will increase from 196 to 245 from next week. This will mean that there be a total of 12,750 EDS tokens minted each year.

Our HP balance should get a nice boast and by the time all the newly minted EDSMM tokens are sold, we should be holding around 88,000 which will boast income payments by around 15%. Also gives us more exposure to future airdrops to HIVE holders.

As you see, we have been going sideways the past few months. It's increasing each week but only by a small amount. By minting more EDSMM, we can get our HIVE income payments up to around 202 HIVE per week.

If you read these weekly reports, you will be aware that when the HP increases, the EDS APY follows suit and when all new EDSMM tokens are sold out, we would hit new APY highs maybe. I'd take a guess at around 32% top line. Im ball parking that number on being able to sell 12,500 EDSMM in 12 weeks and adding 3000 EDS (250 per week) to the current supply. 

88000(HP)*.12(12%)/33000(EDS is circulation) = 0.32 = 32% APY

Pretty easy to work out. If you think your payments are wrong 1 week, you can simply take the eddie-earner HP balance and muilply it by 0.12. This will show you a yearly number so you need to dividend it by 52.18. This will show you the HIVE income pool amount. From here, you divide that numbers but the circulating EDS. You will get a very small number and from here you enter in the amount of EDS you hold to see what your income payment should be.

**How do you build a HIVE income that only ever increases over time?** 
If the EDS project sounds right up your street, there are 2 ways to get your hands on EDS tokens. Building a HIVE income is one of those things when it's better to get started sooner than later. We all put money aside for a pension/old age with the money we earn from jobs, so why not do the same with blockchain earnings? If blockchain is the future, why not be playing the game of life 3 steps ahead of everyone else? There's no day like day to start increasing your income and the snowball effect is real when you have patience.

#### Weekly Roundup

So why I'm I minting more EDSMM tokens? Im guessing that is the highlight of this post. Simply because I think there is a demand for them and it would be cool to grow the HP balance a little more. There are still over 250k EDS to be allocated and if we find something, people, like, Carpe Diem and all that. 

This will not dilute current EDSMM token holders at all, in fact, current EDSMM holders will get a boast until all newly minted EDSMM are sold out. Current EDSMM holders are ROIing 20ish% per year. When I change the reward pool, I will be adding an extra 50% so instead of the EDSMM contract paying out 98 EDS per week, it'll pay out 147 EDS per week. This will give current EDSMM holders a 50% boast to 30%. Even if half the EDSMM are sold in 1-2 months, the EDSMM ROI would still be over 25%. Only went the last of the newly minted EDSMM tokens are sold will the ROI be back to 20%. Long story short, you already hold EDSMM, and you'll start to see a small boast in the amount of EDS you are rewarded. 

I have decided on 12,500 because it's easy for accounting and I think we can issue this many at 1 HIVE each. A few people over the past month have been DMing and asking me how they can get some. I've also been speaking to a few guys that manage funds and I think we should be able to sell them easily enough for 3-4 months. It might take longer but I'm ok with that as well.

**This Wednesday is 2 days from now. I will update the EDSMM contract in the morning, when that is confirmed I will mint 12,500 new EDSMM tokens and list them to the market at 1 HIVE each. Lastly, i upload a post to confirm more are for sale and to go ham!!**
