En este vlog, les compartiré todos los detalles de mi preparación y experiencia en un trekking de alta montaña que nos puso prueba en cuanto a resistencia fisica, mental y  manteniendo espíritu aventurero, por la emoción que lleva consigo el conquistar el punto mas alto del estado Lara, Ubicado en Venezuela.

Luego de planificar el viaje en Diciembre de 2023, por fin se dio el anhelado dia de realizar el ascenso, pero para que todo salga bien en un viaje de este tipo es necesario realizar una prepacion previa, en cuanto a lo fisico y mental, ultimar detalles del equipamiento, sobre la comida, las medicinas en caso de alguna emergencia.

Como parte esencial previo a un viaje como esto es necesario preparar las comidas, realizando un menu para los dias que se estima estar en la montaña en un viaje tan exigente como este en el cual caminábamos alrededor de 9 horas por dia, durante 4 dias seguidos es importante reducir el peso, debido a la alta exigencia que esta demanda.

En este viaje llevamos enlatados, algunas proteinas para consumir en medio de la montaña, antipasto debido a la preparacion que este lleva. Medicina en caso de algún accidente, y mi franela de hive para coronar el pico cende y tomarme mi foto en la zona mas alta de Lara. En un proximo vlog, les relatare como fue nuestro primer dia de ascenso. Un viaje cargado de aventuras, alegria, incertidumbre y mucha emoción.

De este viaje aprendí, lo importante de amarrar bien el bolso, menos es mas, mientras solo llevemos lo necesario, para evitar fatiga durante el viaje, la importancia de que llegar a la cima no es una competencia sino el apoyo entre todos los que alli vamos, es muy importante el apoyo reciproco, porque el desgaste causa fatiga mental, fue sin duda alguna un viaje de mucha enseñanza para mi vida.

Felicidades Edgar ❤️, ya poder concretar ese viaje entre todos es un gran acto porque hoy en día todos andamos tan acelerados con nuestras rutinas que coordinar en equipo a veces puede llegar a costar. Se ve que es un viaje de transformación, porque cada día aprenderán cosas nuevas para integrar a la vida (aunque para algunos puede que no lo parezca).

También he realizado este tipo de travesía hace muchos años y muchas veces no tenia el equipo ideal para hacerlo, como resultado "SE PASA MUCHO TRABAJO", Es muy importante la preparación previa de todo el equipo de montaña. Ese viaje es mágico. espero volver pronto
