Hola mis queridos amigos de #hivefood es un gusto estar con ustedes, en esta mi primera Publicación, hoy quiero participar en este maravilloso desafío **arcoalimentos** que propone la amiga @mariale07  justo después de arreglar las frutas y verduras en mi nevera, revise #hive y le consigo con que el Color de de la semana era el **Rojo** así que me puse manos a la obra con Mis Tomates Rojos.

Preparé una deliciosa y dulce Mermelada de Fresa ideal para la Merienda de la tarde. Los ingredientes que use fueron los siguientes: 
> I prepared a delicious and sweet Strawberry Jam ideal for the Afternoon Snack. The ingredients I used were the following:

🍅 4 Tomates Grandes y Rojos. 
🍅 1 Taza de Azúcar 
🍅 1Pizca de Canela 
🍅1 Cucharada de Vainilla 
🍅 1 Cucharada de jugo de  limón 

>  🍅 4 Large Red Tomatoes.
🍅 1 Cup of Sugar
🍅 1 Pinch of Cinnamon
🍅1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
🍅 1 tablespoon lemon juice

🍅 Debemos eliminar todas las semillas de nuestros Tomates y lavar muy bien. 

> We must eliminate all the seeds of our Tomatoes and wash very well.

🍅 Luego vamos a llevar a un procesador de Alimentos o licuadora para triturar un poco los Tomates. 

> Then we are going to take a food processor or blender to crush the tomatoes a little.

🍅 Lo colocamos en una olla donde la vamos a cocinar, y le agregamos La Canela, la vainilla y el jugo de Limón y llevamos a fuego bajo.

🍅 Y cuando empiece a hervir le vamos a agregar el azúcar

🍅 Y vamos a dejar cocinar por  espacio de 30  minutos a fuego bajo y sin dejar de mover constantemente. 

> And we are going to let it cook for 30 minutes over low heat and without stopping to move constantly.

🍅 Cuando se haya reducido, y cambiando de color y empiece a hacer burbujas estará lista nuestra Mermelada

Wow que buena idea, me imagino que con un queso crema y galletas de soda debe quedar espectacular, me gusto mucho la presentación de tu plato, súper rojo que es el protagonista, tu entrada es válida para el concurso. Saludos.
