En mis momentos tristes lo que me hace sentir mejor es "ver a los lados", siempre se puede estar peor y probablemente tu vecino o amigo este pasando por una situación igual o más complicada que la tuya, a veces esa sensación de que no eres el único que tiene día difíciles te da algo de calma, la situación esta muy complicada para todos, de hecho no me gusta salir mucho ahora porque siempre las personas hablan de la situación y es algo que de cierto modo me termina afectando.

El ayudar a otra persona siempre me hara sentir mejor conmigo mismo también, de hecho intento ser tan servicial como puedo en la comunidad donde vivo, incluso con algunos vecinos que son un poco abusadores, realmente soy una persona muy flexible y abierta para brindar una mano en los momentos de adversidad, creo mucho en el darma, por ende siempre intento dar y la verdad que todo es gracias a mis viejos que han sido así toda su vida.

Pensar en lo afortunado que soy, en que tengo techo, un plato de comida y a mi viejita viva es todo lo que necesito para subir mi animo, a veces pequeños detalles como llegar de la universidad y que @mariitaestherz este a punto de terminar el almuerzo, reunirme con algunos amigos a hacer ejercicio, caminar a la montaña los días soleados... No me gustaría vivir mis días sin estas cosas tan simples que me hacen feliz.

Puede que una de cada cien cosas no este saliendo bien, pero aún así la gran mayoría si, no tengo razones para sentirme mal, soy muy afortunado.
